About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide valuable exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR functions and contribute meaningfully to our team
The candidate will be responsible for:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. 2. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. 3. Maintain and update employee records in HR databases & Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. 4. Support HR compliance by ensuring documentation is complete and up to date. 5. Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing HR tools, and responding to employee queries. 6. Collaborate on special projects and initiatives related to HR strategy and development.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 5. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. 6. Prior experience in HR or internships in similar roles is a plus but not mandatory.
