Position Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) Intern at our EduTech company will play a pivotal role in
leading and managing all HR functions. This individual will be responsible for developing
and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives to support the organization's
objectives and foster a positive work culture. The Senior HR Manager will oversee
recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development,
compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and
objectives.
• Plan and forecast HR needs to support organizational growth and development.
Recruitment and Staffing:
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing,
and selection.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Edu-Tech industry.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely
fulfillment.
Human Resource Intern
Training and Development: • Design and deliver training programs to build employee
skills and competencies.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and prioritize learning
initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
