CONTRACT DELIVERABLES

Contractor Site Safety program (CSSP) within fifteen (15) working days of the Construction
Date
Contract-specific Contractor Site Safety Program (CSSP) to be
submitted to the Company Representative for approval.

Hazard identification Plan (HIP) CONTRACTOR to submit Hazard Identification Plan (HIP), along within fifteen (15) working days of the Effective Date
with all required pre-mobilization drawings and plans as
described in the CSAR, to the Company Representative for
concurrence.

Emergency Response Plan (ERP) within fifteen (15) working days of the Effective Date
GI 8.006 Emergency Management Program
ISO 45001- Safety Management System within fifteen (15) working days of the Effective Date
CONTRACTOR shall implement a Safety Management System
(SMS) in accordance with the latest version of ISO 45001
Contractor Safety Staff within fifteen (15) working days of the Effective Date
Assignment of Dedicated HSE Manager and HSE Org chart
Management Review Schedule within fifteen (15) working days of the Effective Date

In accordance with ISO 45001, CONTRACTOR's Top


Management (where "Top Management" is defined as at least
one person reporting directly to the owner or board of
directors of the CONTRACTOR and having the proper authority
delegated as an officer of the CONTRACTOR) shall review the
implementation of the CONTRACTOR’s Safety Management
System and the Contractor Site Safety Program (CSSP) three (3)
months after contract execution and every six (6) months
thereafter, for the duration of the WORK, to ensure its
continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
Environmental Management Plan within fifteen (15) working days of the Construction
CONTRACTOR shall prepare and submit to the Company Date
Representative an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for
approval
ISoO 14001 Certification within fifteen (15) working days of the Effective Date
Environment Management System (EMS) for this Contract in
accordance with the latest version of ISO 14001
Work Permit Procedure within fifteen (15) working days of the Effective Date

Work Permits shall be obtained by CONTRACTOR in accordance


with SAUDI ARAMCO GI 2.100, Work Permit System, and
Chapter I-4, Work Permit System, of the SAUDI ARAMCO
Construction Safety Manual (CSM) prior to beginning WORK.
Mobilisation Plan ( Camp,Project sypport within fifteen (15) working days of the Effective Date
faciltiies and temporary construction facilities)

Injury and Incident Reporting Procedure within fifteen (15) working days of the Effective Date

Marine Operatrional Safety Procedure


Risk Register and JSA for High Risk Activities

Rig Move Procedure


Waste Management Plan
Fire Prevention Plan
CONTRACTOR shall provide and maintain in good working
order suitable firefighting equipment and shall provide trained
and qualified fire watch personnel for all WORK activities
involving ignition sources, as per the provisions of Chapter I-7,
Fire Prevention, of the CSM
PCC (Project Control Centre)

CONTRACTOR shall provide, operate, and maintain a dedicated


Project Control Center (PCC) at the Job Site (or alternative
location directed by the Company Representative) to monitor
various performance elements on the Job Site in accordance
with the requirements of Attachment I to this Schedule “D”.
SH&E Accountability Plan
Maintain a project specific SH&E Accountability Plan to ensure
continuous monitoring, measurement, analysis, and
performance evaluations of CONTRACTOR and each
Subcontractor’s implementation of requirements contained in
the Schedule "D"
