each location.
 Pick all the welding buds & keep in
scrap bin & store welding flux.

General Safety Precaution:

1. Use of required PPE’s & safety equipment. Multi gas detector for area monitoring shall be deployed on continues basis.
2. General housekeeping of the area shall be obstructions shall be removed from working area.
3. Ambulance shall make available at site.
4. Arrangement of drinking water at site
5. The following file with documents required while taking work permit & clearance-

c. Sketch d. Tool Box Talk
e. Job procedure/SOP

6. Scanning report in case of excavation


7. One safety engineer for continuous monitoring.
