Notes:

1- Actual Qty & sizes of copper piping , foam Insulation , Power & control wiring , Drain piping etc should be provided with Tender according
to manufacturer VRF selection software .
2- The work shall be executed in accordance with the Drawings including manufacturers’ drawings and conform with the Tender Specifications, complete in all
respects as required and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer/Consultants.
3- The quantities listed above are generally approximate and are for guidance of the tenderers only and shall not be taken as actual and correct quantities of
work to be executed by the Contractor in fulfillment of his obligations under the contract.
4- The Employer have a right to supply any of the materials at site free of cost to the Contractor. The cost of such items shall be deleted from the contract
cost. The Contractor shall be responsible for careful storage and consumption of these materials and he will be responsible for any loss or damage thereto.
All surplus materials on completion of the installation shall be handed back to the Employer by the Contractor.
5- The Employer may opt to delete any item or increase the quantity of certain items. The cost of deleted items shall be deleted from the Contract cost. The
rates quoted shall be firm for the duration of the Contract and the increased/decreased quantities.

6- Quoted Itemiwise Rate will remain same through out the Contract Period & up to completion of entire project .
7- No Escalation will be Claimed/ entertained through out the execution period.
The contractor must visit the site before Bidding to check the location of VRF Condensing Units , piping Route etc for smooth execution of work at site
8- with the co ordination of project Manager / Authorized representative from client.
