JD - Radar
Reports To:
1. This driven Head, who reports directly to our President, will take ownership for our radar sensor
products.
2. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of product strategy, planning and execution
throughout the product lifecycle, including defining the product vision, constructing product
roadmaps.
3. Develop, manage and own product strategy and product, technology and supplier roadmaps.
4. Develop and manage internal process for maintaining, and supporting field operations involving use of
the product.
5. Participate in introduction of the product to the customers through demonstrations and field setups.
6. Engage customers to identify additional features and capabilities needed.
7. Manage design, development and testing of additional add-on products / features for the product line
8. Develop metrics to measure quality of the product and its durability and sustainability in the field.
9. To be abreast with modern Radar technologies available.

business solutions.
Build effective feedback channels to stay on top of the pulse of the customer and help refine the
business strategy by being the voice of the customer in our company.
Deep holistic knowledge in radar (Antenna designs, Microwave TX RX developing, software, signal
processing, algorithms, performance, test etc.)
Develop and deliver algorithms for Defence and/or autonomous platforms
Proven ability to lead radar development programs
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with experience providing technical direction
across all engineering verticals (software, systems, hardware, and test)
Comfort/experience working within a fast-paced, ever changing environment
Must possess deep technical acumen and be seen as a leading expert within radar systems
B.E/B. Tech in an Engineering field and Microwaves required; M.Tech/MS or PhD strongly preferred
Comfortable and confident while coaching, developing, and mentoring junior and senior level
technical talent.
Problem solver, adaptive to change, and highly effective at leading multiple and high visibility
priorities.
Ability to challenge the status-quo and ability to maintain a positive demeanour and outlook when
confronted with challenges.
Outstanding soft skills with excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, able to effectively
collaborate, interact, and influence both business/ technical partners and leaders.
