• Cheques should be drawn in favor of HDFC Life followed by policy number. • Post dated cheques are not accepted • Please inform us if any change in your contact
details • If you are paying the premium by cash we advise you to pay ONLY at the centers listed in the cash payment section under payment options • The grace
period for making the premium payment post the due date is 30 days, however for monthly mode grace period is 15 days. • Interest on late payment will be
charged at 9.50% p.a. • The continuation of the policy benefit is subject to the realization of the premium • In case of delay in payment, applicable late payment
interest will be charged. Additional documents & medicals may be called for on case to case basis• This intimation is sent as a courtesy and non-receipt cannot be
cited as a reason for non-payment of premium on time • Premium paid in advance would be held in deposit without interest, the premium will be adjusted to the
policy on the due date • As per Government of India directive, if you are holding single or multiple policies where your aggregate premium payment for the financial
year is Rs. 50,000 or above, please submit PAN card or form 60 / form 61 as applicable. Please ignore if you have already submitted the documents. • Tax benefits
on insurance premium are as per prevailing income tax laws and are subject to amendments made thereto from time to time. • *Goods & Services Tax (GST) or any
other applicable taxes shall be levied as per prevailing tax laws and regulations. • In case of ULIP Policies: The investment risk in investment portfolio is borne by
the policyholder. For ULIP Policies the premium paid is subject to investment risks associated with capital markets and the NAVs of the units may go up or down
based on the performance of fund and factor influencing the capital market and the insured is responsible for his/her decisions. For Unit Linked Policies, GST or any
other applicable taxes will be deducted through cancellation of units as per prevailing laws and regulations.
Note: All Payments will be processed only through NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer)
All payments such as Money Back, Maturity, Loan, Partial Withdrawal, Annuity, Refund etc., if any, due under your policy will be credited directly to your Bank
account through NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer) only. To process your payments, kindly submit the "Bank Account Updation Form", along with the
