A young boy is surrounded by three older boys. He whimpers. YOUNG BOY Why cant you leave me alone? Im so tired of being here. The boys close in on him. Ready to punch-Suppressed by all my childish fears. And if you have to leave. FADE TO: INT. UNKNOWN PLACE: UNKNOWN TIME. The same little boy, stands over a casket. Tears falling down his face. He places a bunch of roses on top of the casket. YOUNG BOY Ill miss you mommy... I wish that you would just leave. Cause your presence still lingers here. FADE TO: INT. UNKNOWN PLACE: UNKNOWN TIME. The young boy stares into the mask of horror... The young boy raises his hand and places it on the window. The Shape watches him in confusion. Then does the same... And it wont leave me alone. INT. UNKNOWN PLACE: UNKNOWN TIME. The young boy, limps and falls into the grass. Coughing, hes in pain. He grabs at his right leg, and whimpers. These wounds wont seem to heal. This pain is just too real. Theres just too much that time cannot erase... FADE TO: INT. BEDROOM. The young boy lies in bed, screaming and crying. He trashes left to right, hacking up screams as if it hurt to do so. His bedroom door opens-sending light into the dark room. And there-his father stands, he grabs at the young boy and hugs him. When you cried Id wipe away all of your tears. When youd scream Id fight away all your fears... FADE TO: INT. KITCHEN. The young boy hops up onto a stool, smiling. His babysitter sets down his bag of candy on the counter. The young boy puts back on his Halloween mask, its none other than-a clown mask. YOUNG BOY Boo! The babysitter giggles. BABYSITTER How scary. The babysitter puts her arm around his shoulder, pulls the mask off and kisses his cheek. And I held your hand through all of these years. But you still have... All of me... FADE TO:

INT. UNKNOWN PLACE: UNKNOWN TIME. The shape stands a few feet away from the young boy. He reaches for the shape, not having any fear. YOUNG BOY Michael...? The shape stares at the young boy. YOUNG BOY [CONTD] Its okay, Michael... Its not your fault... Is that? A tear-barely visible comes out of Michaels eyes, and drips down his white mask. You used to captivate me. By your resonating light. Now Im bound by the life you left behind. FADE TO: INT. UNKNOWN PLACE: UNKNOWN TIME. The young boy looks back, panting- then turns forward, facing the shape. He gasps. Your face it haunts. My once pleasant dreams... FADE TO: INT. BEDROOM. The young boy screams as he tries to run away from The Shape, whos climbing out from under his bed. CUT TO: It was just a dream, the young boy backs away from the door. And whimpers. Your voice it chased away... All the sanity in me. FADE TO:

INT. UNKNOWN PLACE: UNKNOWN TIME. The Shape looks down at the young boy. YOUNG BOY I suffer too. Michael. Youre not alone. Im here for you... These wounds wont seem to heal. A man is driving-the young boy runs in front of the car, the man gasps and turns the wheel-CUT TO: The young boy watches as the car crashes into a tree. YOUNG BOY NO! DADDY! The young boy sobs. When you cried Id wipe away all of your tears. When youd scream Id fight away all your fears.. FADE TO: The Shape raising the knife. Ready to stab a victim. A scream rings out as The Shape brings the knife down. FADE TO: INT. WORK ROOM. The young boy, watches, a ponder look on his face. YOUNG BOY Daddy? His dad looks up at him. DAD Yes?
