In case if the guests' early check-in is accepted, the payment will be charged as follows: from 09:00 a.m. until 14:00 hrs
50% (fifty percent) of the special room rate apply; before 09:00 a.m. – one night charge applies.
• In case if the guests' late check-out is accepted, the payment will be charged as follows: before 18:00 after check out
time: 50% (fifty percent) of the special room rate apply; after 18:00: one night charge applies.

PAYMENT AND GUARANTEE TO SECURE YOUR HOTEL BOOKING:

an online payment through e-pay link: https://epay.interconti-almaty.kz and please see payment details below:

• You should fill all fields at epay website, afterwards you will be redirected to Halyk bank page to fill credit card
data form and make payment.
• Once the payment is successful you will receive an e-mail notification from bank with “order number” and the
amount you have paid. Order number is used to identify the payment. We will receive an email notification as
well from our e-pay website with the details of payment.
• Please kindly note that USD/EUR exchange rate will be applied in accordance with average exchange rate of
National Bank of Kazakhstan on the date of payment. Payment is made in Kazakh Tenge.
• On E-Pay Link indicated Currency is in local Kazakh Tenge (KZT), but your bank will be converting to USD/EUR
according to your bank's exchange rate where the credit card was issued.
• Through epay link maximum amount to pay is KZT 20 000 000 incl. VAT / ~ USD 47 000 incl. VAT
• If you will need closing invoice to the Company after guests check out, please indicate Company Details for
Closing Invoice Details when you will be submitting and settling the payment on ePay Link.

1. Any cancellations or changes made before November 03, 2023 are accepted without penalty.
2. Any cancellations or changes in the reservations (e.g. cutting off the period of stay and decreasing number of
booked nights from initial requested period of stay) after November 03, 2023 will be subject to a 100%
amount in case of cancellation and/or no-shows will be subject to a charge for whole 100% reserved period
of stay.
