MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement was executed by and between:

The BAGUTARI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, a public elementary institution, with the office
address of Bagutari, Sto. Tomas, Isabela represented herein by its School Head, CRISTILYN
M. ACERIT, hereinafter referred to as “DONEE”,

- and –

The SCHOOL PARENTS AND TEACHERS’ ASSOCIATION of Bagutari Elementary School, an


association with the address at Bagutari, Sto. Tomas, Isabela represented herein by its SPTA
President, LOURDES L. ACERA, herein referred to as “STAKEHOLDERS”.

WITNESSETH: That,

WHEREAS, the DONEE aims to strengthen the Project 4Ps (Progressive Participation of
Parents for Partnership) to continuously support the implementation of Project RDELC dubbed
as Region 02 Development Empowering Learners’ Character envisions to enhance character
traits of the elementary learners through its 12-point values/ behavioral skills expected to be
taught to them every month.

WHEREAS, the DONEE acknowledges the need for partners in the implementation of the
Project RDELC at Bagutari Elementary School, Bagutari, Sto. Tomas, Isabela.

WHEREAS, the STAKEHOLDERS will voluntarily provide assistance and other resources to
address the need of the school for the implementation of Project RDELC through Project 4Ps
(Progressive Participation of Parents for Partnership)

WHEREAS, the assistance and other resources shall be given by the STAKEHOLDERS and
ensure the availability of resources in school under the DONEE and not to burden them with
expenses.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises and mutual covenants,
agreements, and stipulations hereinafter set forth; the parties hereby agree jointly to be
partners on the implementation of the Project RDELC through Project 4Ps (Progressive
Participation of Parents for Partnership) with the following stipulations:

I. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

1. The DONEE shall:


1.1 Conduct orientation to the STAKEHOLDERS and its constituents about the
implementation of the project RDELC through Project 4Ps (Progressive Participation
of Parents for Partnership).

1.2 Provide the necessary needs to the STAKEHOLDERS to ensure that everyone gets
to participate in the project.
1.3 Closely monitor the progress of the activities and project construction for two
months.

2. The STAKEHOLDERS shall:


2.1Help voluntarily provide assistance and other resources to address the need of the
school.
2.2 Assists the DONEE’s needs in terms of the behavioral assessment and/or
scheduling of project implementation.
2.3Participates in the project by monitoring its constituents and provides the required
assistance for the purpose.

II. EFFECTIVITY OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement shall take effect upon agreement for the project implementation and shall be
in effect until the end of school year and is automatically extended if circumstances occur.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto have affixed their respective signatures this 6 th
day of January 2024 at Bagutari Elementary School, Bagutari, Sto. Tomas, Isabela.
