Task no 1:
2. As we discussed in the scenario, it's a moral duty to provide all the activities
that protect your worker from any incident that increase your reputation
3. As mentioned in the scenario, your worker shows that they are more
productive at the workplace so it's a moral duty to insure the workplace safe
4. As per scenario, by reducing the time rate of working you can reduce the
illness and accident so it's a moral reason to reduce the time of working
8. it's our moral responsibility to take health and safety records that built a
trust on your brand while the poor health and safety performance can
decrease your brand trust and in result you can lose your orders
Task no 2 :
4. By the investigation we improve our risk control like why the near misses
occur in the car parking area
6. By investigation of near misses we make sure the health and safety that
increase our reputation
8. The workers do not reported the incident because they thought they would
be blamed for this. By the investigation we should have record and we know
that why the accident happened and how to control it to happen again
9. By the investigation we insure the worker about health and safety by doing
this we attract the best employer
10. By my investigation I know that the lights are in the parking area do not
working well and this is the main cause of near misses at night time this is why
investigation is important to make the things under control
Task no 3 :
1. Prevent the accident
In the scenario there is no instruction or order to prevent the accident
4. They should need to have meeting in which they trained there worker how
to use equipment
5. They also make meeting to trained them about first aid and trained them to
report all incidents to management
Task no 5:
1.There was no any proper equipment whixh shows the negative culture of the
organization.
5. As we see there is not a proper system of lights in the parking area which
shows the negative culture of the organization.
6.as we see the worker was not informed about the accident to the worker
which is also a negative culture of the organization.
7. As we in the scenario, the workers cannot know that how to report the
accident. Which also shows the negative culture of the organization.
8. In the organization the controls measures was very poors so which is also a
negative culture of the organization.
