Task no 1:

1. As we see in scenario, it’s a moral duty to protecting your worker it helps to


reduce the absence of worker and ensure your work place is safe

2. As we discussed in the scenario, it's a moral duty to provide all the activities
that protect your worker from any incident that increase your reputation

3. As mentioned in the scenario, your worker shows that they are more
productive at the workplace so it's a moral duty to insure the workplace safe

4. As per scenario, by reducing the time rate of working you can reduce the
illness and accident so it's a moral reason to reduce the time of working

5. According to the scenario, it is also a moral reason to follow health and


safety instruction it is a civil law to follow health and safety instructions. by
ignoring it legal action can be in progress like fine on organization and
imprisonment of management

6. As we see in the scenario, it is our moral responsibility to improve all things


that help workers to Safe like in the scenario the car parking condition is very
bad it causes of many accidents

7. As mentioned in the scenario, it is also a moral reason that providing good


health and safety insure your long-term benefits and business

8. it's our moral responsibility to take health and safety records that built a
trust on your brand while the poor health and safety performance can
decrease your brand trust and in result you can lose your orders

9.As per scenario, it a moral responsibility to develop a strong reputation that


attract best employers and retain the best employers
10. According to the scenario, to attract the costumer you need to have a good
introduction about your organization so it's moral reason to have good health
and safety procedures

Task no 2 :

1. It is important to investigate the near misses it helps to improve the


management. so it also increases organization reputation

2. to improve the requirements of health and safety it important to investigate


the near misses

3. it important to investigate the near misses to avoid it to happen accident


again and it make the workers safe

4. By the investigation we improve our risk control like why the near misses
occur in the car parking area

5. By the investigation we highlight the points in risk assessment that must be


reviewed

6. By investigation of near misses we make sure the health and safety that
increase our reputation

7. By the investigation we found that where are we failed to control the


measures

8. The workers do not reported the incident because they thought they would
be blamed for this. By the investigation we should have record and we know
that why the accident happened and how to control it to happen again

9. By the investigation we insure the worker about health and safety by doing
this we attract the best employer

10. By my investigation I know that the lights are in the parking area do not
working well and this is the main cause of near misses at night time this is why
investigation is important to make the things under control

Task no 3 :
1. Prevent the accident
In the scenario there is no instruction or order to prevent the accident

2. investigate accident and near Misses


In the scenario they do not investigate about any accident and near misses

3. prevent injury and ill health


in the scenario they do not provide training to prevent the injury and ill health

4. provide safe and healthy working conditions


according to scenario they do not provide any kind of Health and safety
working condition

5. review this policy every 10 years


In the scenario they do not give any instructions to review the policy

6. Provide adequate training


They not provide any training for the health and safety of workers

7. identify health and safety hazards and risks in the workplace


There is no instruction to identify any kind of health and safety or risks at the
working area

8. provide safe plants and equipment to officers and mobile workers


In the scenario there is no instruction to provide personal protective
equipment for health and safety of the mobile worker or officers

9. provide safe handling and use of substances


In the scenario they do not check that the workers are use safe handling and
use safe substances

10. meet legal requirements


They are not follow the legal requirements in the scenario
Task no 4:

1. They need to provide a discussion meeting between the workers and


management

2. They need to have a meeting and investigates all incidents


3. They have to provide a monthly meeting in which they should trained there
worker about the health and safety

4. They should need to have meeting in which they trained there worker how
to use equipment

5. They also make meeting to trained them about first aid and trained them to
report all incidents to management

Task no 5:

1.There was no any proper equipment whixh shows the negative culture of the
organization.

2. As we see in scenario, supervision was not provided on the workers which is


also a negative culture of organization.

3. As mentioned in the scenario, they cannot provide any kind of information


to the worker about their job which also shows the negative culture of the
organization.
4. According to the scenario, they cannot review their policies which also a
negative culture.

5. As we see there is not a proper system of lights in the parking area which
shows the negative culture of the organization.

6.as we see the worker was not informed about the accident to the worker
which is also a negative culture of the organization.

7. As we in the scenario, the workers cannot know that how to report the
accident. Which also shows the negative culture of the organization.
8. In the organization the controls measures was very poors so which is also a
negative culture of the organization.
