Important Instructions: -
General Instructions
➢ Students will arrive at regular school timings.
➢ Dispersal will be according to the timings mentioned in the time table.
➢ Walkers Dispersal will be from RECEPTION.
School bus facility will be available for student availing the school transport.
• Students who have exams in the first session will come to school at regular timings, 7.50am.
• Students who have exams only during second session will come 45mins prior to the scheduled exam
➢ No re-exam will be conducted for any students under any circumstances. A medical certificate should be
provided in case of any medical emergency. Average marks will be given only upon furnishing the medical
certificate, which should be provided within 48 hours. The class teacher should however be informed immediately
about the absenteeism.
➢ If a bus student wants to be picked up early by the parent, send a written note on between us or to the class
teacher a day prior. Respective Bus didi must be informed.
➢ Bus students need to carry reading material for the next exams, if they are staying back for availing the bus
facility.
➢ For siblings, if the parent would like to pick up the younger kid with the older child, a note mentioning the same to
be sent to the class teacher of the younger sibling. This is applicable only for Grade 3 to 9.
