HGB’s automotive vertical is split into separate Business units, Premium, Luxury, Commercial Vehicles and Adventure.
Each business unit is managed by a Managing Director, responsible for all aspects of operations, backed by back-office departments
Finance and Logistics. HR is organized centrally, however each business unit and volume brand has its own HR executives. Marketing is
operated by each brand, and consolidated centrally.

Automotive Organization Strategy
Within the Group’s organizational structure, each brand has it exclusive position. Brand management is carried out by
dedicated Brand GM’s, reporting to the Managing Director - Automotive.
Brands share the resources of the business support functions Admin/ HR, Finance and Supply Chain management.
Marketing resources and responsibilities are separated clearly by brands.
High volume brands operate with organizations with exclusive resources. Lower volume brands, ie ultra luxury brands, operate
with more shared resources to optimize overhead cost.
