You recently visited a restaurant and were disappointed

with the service. Write a letter to the restaurant manager.

Dear Restaurant Manager,
I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with the
service at ABC restaurant, where I hung out with my family
on January 31st, 2025 for brunch. I had heard good reviews
about your restaurant on the social media, so I was excited to
try/visit. However, my experience was not as expected.
Firstly, I wasn’t happy with your staff because after placing
my order for a glass of water, I had to wait over 30 minutes.
Even after reminding the staff several times, my request was
still delayed. This made me so disappointed about your
service because/as drinks should be served as soon as
receiving the request from customers. Furthermore, it is easy
to make a glass of water, but the waiters didn’t serve on time.
From my point of view, I didn’t get/ receive respect from
your staff/ I wasn’t respected.
I believe that staff training and better coordination among
servers would improve greatly the customer experience.
Ensuring that water/drinks and simple/basic requests will be
handled quickly. This would make a big difference to attract
more customers. I hope you will consider my feedback soon
because I would like to visit your restaurant in the near
future.
I hope you will take my feedback into consideration, as I
would like to visit again in the future.
