1. Introduction

This Job Grade Policy provides a structured grading system for all employees to ensure
transparency, fairness, and consistency in salary structures, benefits, and career progression.

3. Salary and Benefits

• Employees are assigned a grade based on their job role.

• Each grade corresponds to a salary range.

• Increment percentages are defined per grade but may vary by department

• Mobile bills and other benefits vary based on the grade level.

• Medical insurance is provided as per company policy.

• Additional benefits, including travel allowance, bonuses, and family status eligibility,
depend on the grade and job function.

4. Family Sponsorship Eligibility:

Employees eligible for Family Sponsorship will receive visa sponsorship for their spouse, children,
and parents (direct dependents by blood/marriage) as per company policy and UAE labour laws.

5. Company-Provided Vehicle:

Employees eligible for a company-provided vehicle will receive a vehicle for official and/or
personal use as per company policy. Usage terms, maintenance responsibilities, and eligibility
criteria will be outlined in the official vehicle policy.

6. Career Progression:

Employees are eligible for grade progression based on performance evaluations, tenure, and
contributions to company growth. The HR department will conduct periodic reviews to determine
eligibility.

7. Implementation and Compliance

This policy is applicable to all employees and is effective from March 1st, 2025. Any updates or
modifications will be communicated in advance.
