of equipment from lessor/vendor for the duration of the project. (see Clause 14.2a(3)(c)), BDS of
BDs)
4. Omnibus Sworn Statement in the form prescribed by GPPB.
Note : Any missing, incomplete or patently insufficient document in the above-mentioned checklist is a
ground for outright rejection of the bid.
