Rent Agreement Suman Lata
WHEREAS THE lessor/ land lord party of the first part is the owner in possession of Property/H.No. 846,
Sector- 21C, Ground Floor, Faridabad, Haryana (hereinafter called the property) and is ready to let out the
portion of the said property consisting to the second party. And the second party has also agreed to take on
rent the property for residential purpose on the following terms and conditions.
3. That the lessee will pay all other electricity charges, water charges, etc. which are not included in the
above rent.
4. That the second party can pay monthly rent by Cheque / Online Account transfer in the nominated bank
account of the first party.
5. That the day-to-day repairs to electrical fittings, leakage in taps, etc. will be carried out by the lessee at his
own costs.
6. That the tenancy shall commenced from 1st OF March 2021 and shall continue for ELEVEN(11) months.
7. If the period is extended, after expiry of this lease of 11 months then the same will be done on the fresh
terms and conditions and lock in period of, i.e. with 10% increase in monthly rent for the new lease period
of 11 months.
8. That the monthly rent of the property will be paid by the lessee to lessor in advance every month latest by
10th day of each English calendar month.
9. That in case the second party would fail to pay the monthly rent to the first party for two months, then the
first party shall have right to vacate the property question immediately.
10. That the lease can be terminated by giving one month’s advance notice by either side during the period of
lease.
11. That the second party shall use the property only for residential purpose and will hand over the vacant
physical possession of the rented property to the first party at the time of expiry of the tenancy period
positively.
12. That the terms and conditions of this agreement as stated above shall be binding on both the parties. The
terms of this agreement are final and irrevocable.
