• This is one time process.

How to activate your serial key(Product)?

• On login first time, you will see No

course available.
• Please activate the serial key to
View course.
• Click on Activate serial key to
activate your product.

• Enter your 11 Digit numeric code

(Serial key/Activation key).
• Always start from the digit ‘5’.
• And click on Activate button.
• Internet connection is mandatory
for this process.

List of product subscriptions
• After successful activation you get
list of all the products you have
subscribed.
• When product is registered on
current device then it’s shown on
Register tab
• Also, the subscription which is not
Register on any other device also
shown on Register tab
• Any product which is not register
on this device or it is deregistered
from other device then it’s visible
in Non-Register tab.
• When product expiry date is over
then it’s shown in Expired tab.

get list of all product’s you have
subscribed in Register Tab.

• Click on the info icon you will

get all details about the product.

• When you want to deregister

from current device then Click
on Deregister Button

only if it's uploaded by
publisher/Teacher/Institute

How to Play Content received in Google Drive/Pen Drive

• If you have content downloaded or

copied in mobile, then you can browse
locally.
• Content can be downloaded from
google drive link or it may be in pen
drive.
• Click on Browse Local and then find
your content location then choose
content and play it by clicking on
SELECT.
• The content must be in .riox or .rios file
(extension).

How to Play content(In App download)

• After click on download button the lecture

will download first this process may take
some time (Depends on internet speed).
• After completing download, you can play
the content.
• Downloading is one time process once,
downloaded you can play anytime without
internet (Offline).
• Once, download complete you can play
downloaded content, by click on content
directly.
• Also, you can rate the content, you can get
information of content size, watch time after
click on info icon.

How to attend Live class at Play , HLS and Dash.

• To play live virtual video by click on Join

button.
• The Join button is only shown when the
product is for live streaming product.
• You watch the live lecture by clicking on play
button, stream should be started.
• You can play for direct play live streaming
without delay while HLS play for low Band
width with delay of 5 to 20 seconds.
• Also play live streaming with delay of 2 to 10
seconds in Dash play

• HLS Play may have delay 5 to 20 second.
• You can watch the live stream on full
screen.
• You can go live with the help of Golive

• There is quality selection options :
- User can change the quality as he/she
wants
- Original- Video is playing as per user’s
internet speed
- Adaptive- Video is playing in highest
usable quality

• You can click on Dash Play for live

streaming
• This means that it allows for a video
stream basis of network performance.
• Dash play has latency (delay) of
around 3-10 seconds.

• Yes Rioplay 2021 is new version of Rioplay

• The Serial key of Rioplay 2.0 don’t work in Rioplay 2021 and Vice Versa
• If you have Rioplay 2.0 installed, please keep it as it is
• Play the respective products in Respective players only

Q. Do I need to logout from first Device if I have to Login to new
device?

• No, it’s not mandatory in Rioplay 2021 to logout from previous device
to login to new device.
• You can Login to Any Device, but your products are registered to
specific device so if you wish to view product on any new device you
need to deregister from the previous registered device

 Q. Can I use one product on multiple devices?

• You can use one product only on one device at one point of time.
• If you have product registered on one device then same product cannot be
used on Another device.
• You shall deregister the product from first device and then Register on new
device to use it on another device
• In some cases there are limited number of switches allowed or not allowed
at times, so please check your serial key for that.

• If you want to switch the device, click on
the info button
• You will see the product information and
Deregister Button
• Click on Deregister Button to deregister
the product
• Go the new device and click on Register
button
• Make sure that the product has switching
allowed

• No need internet connection for every time.

• Internet connection is required for the setup and download.
• Internet connection is required only for the process of Downloading
Application/lectures, Registration, Login and Activation, in some cases
Once in few days to synchronize data.
• Once the setup and downloading process id completed the no need for
internet connection.
• You can watch play the content Offline.

opens for content?
• If you want check about your watch time, then
click on the info button of this a particular
content.
• It will show you total duration mean nothing but
watch time.
• Its also showing also every time of play lecture.
