1. Position
You are appointed to the position of “Store Supervisor” at Peneloppe Construction Company
Canada this is the appointed position according to your application and the position is in
scope of Peneloppe Construction Company recruitment unit.

2. Remuneration
Your base salary is $ 3850 CAD per month (less than 12% statutorily required deduction).
Your salary payable once a month at the end in accordance with the company’s standard
payroll practice. Your position is in phase 10 © of the company handbook. The breakdown
of your salary will be issued to you at the time of your resumption.

3. Hours of Work
Yours hours of work are based on the normal operating hours of the company and are
expected to be for Eight (8) hours daily plus 4 hours over time. One (1) hour break daily and
two (2) days duty off. The company is open twelve (12) hour throughout the week and you
have to work five (5) days in a week which can be extended if required and will be paid
double for the extra period. The schedule of your working hours will be coordinate by your
supervisor.

4. Probation Period
Your appointment will be subject to a probationary period of 3 months. An official
confirmation of your appointment will be notified to you in writing.

5. Reporting
You Will report to your immediate Supervisor on the said date. You are required to comply
with the company’ s rules and regulations at all given times and should always act in a
manner that protects the company’ s interest.

6. Allocated Place of Work


You will be based at the Company’s site as assigned time to time.

7. Food And Accommodation


Food and Accommodation will be provided by Company.

8. Vacation
You will be entitled to 30 working days of leave at full pay. However, the leave days should
only be taken at a time most suitable for both you and your employer.

9. Sick Leave
You are entitled to up to (24) working days of sick leave at full pay.

10. Paternity Leave


You are entitled to a paternity leave of up to (two) calendar weeks of which you should apply
seven days beforehand.

11. Code Of Conduct


Peneloppe Expects employee to act in a manner that will enhance the company’s reputation
for honesty, integrity and responsible fulfilling our customer’s contracts. To reinforce its
continuing drive for the highest standard of integrity, MFS has developed a Code of conduct,
which is part of the Employee Handbook, to which all company employees are bound.
As a condition of employment, you are required to agree to fulfil the Code of Conduct by
signing the Employee Handbook. Failure to act in accordance with the Code of Conduct may
result in disciplinary action.

12. Termination
This contract can be terminated:
By either party given a prior 30 working days written notice failure to which a compensation
equivalent to a month’s salary will be awarded.
Or,
By the Employer on grounds of indiscipline or under performance.
Or,
By the Employer on account of redundancy/retrenchment as per the law.

13. Interpretation, Amendment And Enforcement


This letter agreement supersedes and replaces any prior agreements, representations or
understandings (whether written, oral, implied or otherwise) between you and the Peneloppe
and constitute the complete agreement between you and the Peneloppe regarding the subject
matter set forth herein. This letter agreement may not be amended or modified, except by an
express written agreement signed by both you and a duly authorized officer of the Peneloppe.
You may indicate your agreement with these terms and accept this offer by signing and dating
this agreement within 7 working days. Upon your acceptance of this employment offer,
Peneloppe will provide you with the necessary paperwork and instructions.
