2. Remuneration
Your base salary is $ 3850 CAD per month (less than 12% statutorily required deduction).
Your salary payable once a month at the end in accordance with the company’s standard
payroll practice. Your position is in phase 10 © of the company handbook. The breakdown
of your salary will be issued to you at the time of your resumption.
3. Hours of Work
Yours hours of work are based on the normal operating hours of the company and are
expected to be for Eight (8) hours daily plus 4 hours over time. One (1) hour break daily and
two (2) days duty off. The company is open twelve (12) hour throughout the week and you
have to work five (5) days in a week which can be extended if required and will be paid
double for the extra period. The schedule of your working hours will be coordinate by your
supervisor.
4. Probation Period
Your appointment will be subject to a probationary period of 3 months. An official
confirmation of your appointment will be notified to you in writing.
5. Reporting
You Will report to your immediate Supervisor on the said date. You are required to comply
with the company’ s rules and regulations at all given times and should always act in a
manner that protects the company’ s interest.
8. Vacation
You will be entitled to 30 working days of leave at full pay. However, the leave days should
only be taken at a time most suitable for both you and your employer.
9. Sick Leave
You are entitled to up to (24) working days of sick leave at full pay.
12. Termination
This contract can be terminated:
By either party given a prior 30 working days written notice failure to which a compensation
equivalent to a month’s salary will be awarded.
Or,
By the Employer on grounds of indiscipline or under performance.
Or,
By the Employer on account of redundancy/retrenchment as per the law.
