Dear Tenant,

NOTICE OF EXPIRATION OF HOUSE RENT

I wish to inform you that the rent on your Two (2) Bedroom Flat located
at the Tende-Ama, Ogu in Ogu/Bolo Local Government Area, Rivers State,
expires on __________________________________________________.

You are therefore expected to pay in advance the newly negotiated and
agreed price of (N350,000) Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira
should you wish to stay further, otherwise please notify the house agent
and return the apartment keys through him to the landlord.

Dear Mr. Nkop,

NOTICE OF EXPIRATION OF HOUSE RENT

I wish to inform you that the six (6) months house rent you paid shall
expire on the 14th March, 2025.

It is my honest prayer that God will bless you and your family. I must add
that you have been one of the good tenants throughout your stay in my
house.

Furthermore, I would like to remind you No. 13 of the tenant agreement


with the landlord as enshrined in tenancy agreement Pg. 3. That “Tenant,
shall in the event of leaving the premises/accommodation, the Landlord
or his Agent, inspect the accommodation and the Tenant shall repair any
broken and damaged facilities; (doors, windows, toilets, W/C, taps,
cupboards, sinks etc.) to its original state”.
