(2024-2025)
Introduction
Good Evening esteemed members of the school management, honored guests, dignitaries,
dedicated parents, teachers, supporting staff, and our bright students. It is an immense pleasure to
stand before you today as we celebrate another successful academic year at Maheshwari Public
School, Chachiyawas.

As the famous saying goes, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change
the world.” It is our collective effort that empowers our students to dream, to learn, and to grow
into capable individuals ready to face the world.

Your presence gives us enormous joy and happiness as we initiate this beautiful evening. At the
outset, I bow with deep reverence before Almighty God, for showering his blessings upon us.

As the Principal of our esteemed institution, it is my honor and privilege to present the Annual
School Report for the academic year 2024-25. This year has been monumental for us, filled with
remarkable achievements, new milestones, and a renewed commitment to excellence in education.
I am indeed honoured to have this opportunity to present before you the consistent upward graph
of our school achievements and progress since its inception in 2023. In just a short time, we have
established a vibrant learning community dedicated to fostering academic excellence and personal
growth. We are proud of our students and teachers who strive to hard to achieve beyond
expectations.
We stand at the cusp of a new era as we proudly announce that our school has achieved CBSE
affiliation up to 12th grade on 14th October 2024 and its valid until 31st March 2030. This
accreditation is not just a badge of honor but a promise of quality education, enriched learning
experiences, and an opportunity for our students to thrive in an ever-evolving educational
landscape.
This milestone allows us to offer three distinct streams: Science, Commerce, and Humanities,
catering to the diverse interests and aspirations of our students.

School Infrastructure and Facilities

Let me take a moment to reflect on our school's infrastructure, which plays a pivotal role in the
learning journey of our students. In just a short span of 1.5 years, we have built a solid foundation
for our school.
The campus is designed with a lush green, eco-friendly environment that promotes sustainability
and fosters a connection with nature, providing students with a tranquil space for learning and
growth.
*School Dimensions: * Our school is spread across a sprawling five acre, which provides ample
space for academic blocks, playgrounds, and activity areas. We are proud to have 55 equipped
classrooms, out of which 13 are digitally equipped each designed to foster an engaging learning
atmosphere. In addition to our classrooms, we have dedicated spaces that enrich our curriculum,
including:

Music Room: Encouraging creativity and artistic expression.

Art and Craft Room: A vibrant space where students can express their creativity and hone their
artistic skills through various mediums.

Medical Room: Ensuring the health and well-being of our students, our medical room is equipped
to provide immediate care and attention as needed.

Our classrooms are well ventilated, sunlight and fully furnished, having a big playground for sports
and other activities. For kindergarten students, swings and a small garden has been upgraded in
school premises.

The school currently has 289 scholars, spanning from nursery to grade 8th. We are supported by a
dedicated team of 20 teachers, 2 administrative staff, and 20 supporting staff, all committed to
ensuring the holistic development of our students.

Safety Measures

Workshop on Fire and Safety- On 9th may, we conducted a workshop/mock drill on fire and
safety by fire officer. He gave hand on demonstration on how to operate fire extinguishers
according to their type and he also discussed on different kinds of fires and their hazards. He solves
the queries of students as well as teachers.

The CCTV surveillance system has been installed for ensuring safety of the students in school
premises.

Transport Facility

Our school places great emphasis on the safety and convenience of our students when it comes to
transportation. We operate a well-managed fleet of 7 buses, which are dedicated to ensuring that
all students have easy access to the school.

Lab Facilities

Our school boasts a variety of well-equipped facilities including physics lab, bio lab, chemistry
lab, composite lab, math lab and computer lab with full fledge internet facility designed to foster
an engaging and dynamic learning environment.
Our laboratory facilities are designed to provide students with the tools and environment necessary
for scientific exploration, innovation, and creativity. Here’s an overview of the various lab
facilities we offer:
Science Laboratory: Our well-equipped science laboratory enables students to engage in hands-
on experiments that enhance their understanding of scientific concepts. It promotes inquiry-based
learning, encouraging students to ask questions, hypothesize, and conduct experiments.
Biology Lab

• The biology lab features specialized equipment for studying life sciences, including
microscopes, dissection tools, and specimen models. Students have the opportunity to
explore cellular structures, ecosystems, and the diversity of life through hands-on
experiments.

Physics Lab

• Our physics lab is outfitted with apparatus for experiments in mechanics, electricity, and
magnetism. Students can conduct experiments to understand fundamental physics
concepts, including motion, energy, and waves, thereby reinforcing their classroom
learning.

Chemistry Lab

• The chemistry lab is designed for safe experimentation with chemicals and reactions. It is
equipped with fume hoods, safety goggles, and other safety equipment. Students conduct
experiments to explore chemical properties, reactions, and laboratory techniques, fostering
a deeper understanding of chemistry.

Composite Lab

• The composite lab integrates multiple disciplines, allowing students to conduct

interdisciplinary experiments. This lab promotes collaborative learning and critical
thinking as students combine concepts from biology, chemistry, and physics.

Math Lab

• Our math lab provides a hands-on approach to mathematical concepts. With various
manipulatives, geometric shapes, and interactive tools, students can visualize and explore
mathematical theories, making learning more engaging and enjoyable.

Computer Lab

• The computer lab is equipped with 40 modern computers, providing students with access
to technology and software essential for their learning. Students engage in coding, digital
design, research, and other technology-based projects, preparing them for the digital world.
Academic Support

At our school, we recognize the importance of catering to the diverse learning needs of our
students. Our academic improvement program specifically targets our slow learners. We have
implemented remedial classes designed to provide extra support, ensuring that every child has the
opportunity to succeed academically.

Library: One of the cornerstones of our educational framework is our library. It is a treasure trove
of knowledge, housing a vast collection of books, periodicals, general awareness and science fact
books that inspire a love for reading and research among students. We are proud to report that our
library can comfortably accommodate 50 students at a time. While this may seem unconventional,
it serves as a reminder of our need to continue enhancing our facilities to better serve our
community.
Extracurricular Activities and Competitions
Now, let’s delve into the vibrant extracurricular activities that enrich our students’ educational
experience. This year, we organized a plethora of Inter-house competitions designed to inspire
creativity, teamwork, and healthy competition among our students:
The students of the school are divided into 4 different houses- Sangam, Sanyam, Sanskriti and
Sindhu. Each house is managed by house coordinators and associate house members. The house
coordinators coordinated and successively organized various inter house competitions like-
1. Fireless Cooking Competition: This event allowed students to showcase their culinary skills
without using fire displaying creativity in food presentation and health awareness.
2. *Stone Art Competition:* Students embraced their artistic talents by creating beautiful pieces
using natural materials, promoting creativity and environmental consciousness.
3. *Rakhi Making Competition:* Celebrating tradition, students crafted stunning rakhis,
emphasizing cultural values and fostering a sense of community.
4. *Essay Writing Competition:* This competition encouraged students to express their thoughts
and opinions on various subjects, enhancing their writing and critical thinking skills.
5. *Quiz Competition:* Centered around the Theme: 7 Wonders of the World, this quiz was an
exciting test of general knowledge and teamwork. Our students showcased their creativity and
ingenuity by presenting impressive models of these wonders, demonstrating not only their
knowledge but also their teamwork and artistic skills.
*Inter-House Sports Competitions*
This year’s inter-house sports events aimed to develop sportsmanship and promote physical fitness
among students. A range of indoor and outdoor activities were conducted, with enthusiastic
participation from all houses.
Chess Competition – A battle of strategy and concentration.
Carrom Competition– A test of precision and focus.
Table Tennis Competition – Scheduled soon to further expand participation in indoor sports

Activities and Celebrations

In addition to inter-house competitions, our school celebrated various co-curricular activities that
fostered community spirit and engagement:

Extracurricular activities have continued to play a vital role in our school life. We
celebrated Teachers' Day with heartfelt tributes to our dedicated educators. Our drawing
competition and poem recitation allowed students to express their artistic talents, while the
extempore sessions and Hindi debate sharpened their public speaking skills and confidence

Festivals and celebrations have enriched our school environment. Our Dussehra celebration
highlighted cultural values, while Mother’s Day and Janmashtami fostered a sense of gratitude
and community. On mother’s day the mother child activity for the students of nursery to grade 2nd
was conducted on ….. at the school campus. All the mothers and kids had a lot fun doing the
activity and it strengthened the bond of love between two.
National Sports Day was celebrated on August 29th in honor of Major Dhyan Chand, a legendary
figure in Indian hockey and an inspiration for athletes across the nation. This day serves as a tribute
to his remarkable contributions to sports and his unwavering dedication excellence. The spirit of
sportsmanship and the importance of discipline were emphasized, fostering a sense of pride and
motivation among our students.
We also introduced the Wild Wisdom Global Challenge, which featured the theme of Reptiles. I
am thrilled to share that our talented students, Divyansh and Hansika, excelled in the school-level
selection, showcasing their extensive knowledge and commitment.
Kindergarten Activities

In our kindergarten, we had a blast with colorful theme days like Orange Day, Blue Day, Green
Day, Black & White Day, and Pink Color Day. The children participated in exciting events such
as:

• Clay Moulding
• Rakhi Making
• Solo Dance Competition
• Activity on community helpers
• Poem recitation

Morning Assembly

Every Monday, we hold a special assembly where we recite the Rudrastham Shloka, connecting
us to our roots and instilling a sense of spirituality and peace. On Tuesdays, we chant the
Hanuman Chalisa, invoking the blessings of Lord Hanuman and empowering ourselves with
courage and resilience. These practices foster a sense of community and spiritual growth among
our students.

Additionally, our commitment to physical wellness is reflected in our aerobics and yoga sessions
held every Wednesday and Saturday, promoting health and mindfulness among our students.

*In addition to our competitions, we held key events aimed at community building and skill
development:

- *Earth Day Celebration:* Our students engaged in meaningful activities promoting

environmental awareness, including a plantation drive that encouraged them to be mindful of
nature.
- *Parents' Orientation Program:* We conducted this program to strengthen the partnership
between parents and teachers, facilitating open communication to ensure student success.
- *Teacher Workshop on Classroom Management:* Our faculty participated in a workshop
focused on classroom management was conducted by Prachi Publications and led by Subhas Jain.
This workshop equipped our educators with innovative strategies to enhance classroom learning
experiences and fostering inclusive environment.

We also organized enjoyable picnics for both teachers and students, fostering camaraderie and
creating lasting memories. Additionally, our school hosted a festive fete, further strengthening our
community bonds.
Achievements in sports
“ To be a great champion you must believe you are the best, if you are not; keep on trying.”
Sports competitions inculcate the spirit of positive challenges and sportsmanship among students
and prepare them for the life ahead. Our students participated in different sports competitions and
won medals, certificates and trophies.
We are proud to highlight the exceptional performance of our students in sports at various levels:
1. *District-Level Chess Tournament (In Under 14 category Boys) participated in district level
chess tournament organized by Swami Vivekanand Model School, Ajmer
- Our school team of boy’s secured the *26th position* out of 96 schools, a commendable
achievement reflecting their dedication and skill.
2. *Skating Tournament (Under 14 Boys) *
- Our skaters displayed remarkable perseverance and competitive spirit in this challenging event.
3. Mallakhamb Competition (District Level)

Our school's team participated in the District Level Mallakhamb Competition held at Government
Savitri School, where both our boys' and girls' teams secured an impressive 3rd position. This
outstanding performance not only earned them a podium finish but also qualified them for the
State Level Mallakhamb Competition.

We are especially proud to announce that three of our talented students—Kanika from Class 6,
Dhanvi from Class 7, and Shubham from Class 7—were selected to represent our school at the
state level. Their hard work and dedication truly exemplify the spirit of excellence in sports.

*Annual Sports Meet*

Our *Annual Sports Meet* is scheduled to take place on *26th January 2024*. Students are
training diligently and looking forward to showcasing their athletic abilities during this grand
event. It will feature a variety of individual and team events, aiming to celebrate the spirit of
sportsmanship and unity.

*New Initiatives*

In our quest for holistic development, we are excited to announce the launch of several new
initiatives. We are excited to announce our plans for a day boarding facility. This initiative aims
to provide a safe and engaging space for students to explore additional learning time and care.
Moreover, we have introduced activities like NCC, Shooting, Taekwondo, and horse riding to
promote physical fitness and discipline.

Commitment to Safety and Standards

The school ensures adherence to high safety and operational standards:
- Regular *teacher training programs* to ensure the highest teaching quality.
- *Sports safety protocols* to ensure the well-being of students during physical activities.
- *CBSE guidelines* are strictly followed in curriculum implementation and student assessments.
