Customizing the product range and make appropriate changes on B2B portals like
Indiamart & Tradeindia.
Trouble shooting the algorithm problem of inquiries and leads by contacting
Indiamart’s representatives.
Punching inquiries, leads among the inquiries in the ERP system.
Editing the customer, product created, contacts created in the ERP system.
Guiding accounts team for particular payment terms by making changes in ERP
system i.e.(clicking PI / mentioning the credit days in the SO)
Tracking ordered items, values & revenue for some last economic years with help
of ERP system.
Visit the customers in Nasik and taking the data of machine as per inquiry
sheet.
Educating customer about vibrations and the side effects of vibrations and the
uses of anti-vibration system.
Know the exact reason of vibrations like poor flooring (Trimix /PCC), suspended
floors , structure based noise , extra feed rate / SPM or running RPM
Analyze the type of vibration i.e. active vibration / passive vibration and suggest
the anti-vibration solution accordingly (anti-vibration system with rubber as a
medium / anti-vibration system with air as a medium).
Transparent two way communication with customers with AVM solution and
mention the clear possibility of results.
Team coordination by sharing the inquiries and leads as per area mapping by
management for the goal of individual and team’s target completion.
Communicate the customers in behalf of seniors in their absence and get their
issues solved.
Working on professional, ethical, commercial policies drafted by the management.
Contributes to achieving management’s mission and vision, support the
management to achieve forecasted target as per planning.
Taking care of area i.e. Maharashtra (Rest of Pune, Kolhapur, Satara, Sangli,
Belgum) & Madhya Pradesh.
Dealer handling and support them with technical issues.
Joint visits with dealer to the genuine customers for glitch inquiries.
Timely payment collection & support accounts team.
