SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, GIEZA AUNGON, of legal age, Filipino, single and a


resident of Blk. 41, Lot 22 East Homes 3, Brgy. Estefania,
Bacolod City, Philippines, do hereby name, appoint and
constitute GEMMA AUNGON, of legal age, Filipino,
married and a resident of Blk. 41, Lot 22 East Homes 3,
Brgy. Estefania, Bacolod City, Philippines and GLAIZA
ABONG, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of
Blk. 17 Lot 14 East Homes 3, Brgy. Estefania, Bacolod City,
Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for
me and in my name, place and stead, to do the following
acts, to wit:

1. To act for and on my behalf in transacting


business and representations with Pag-IBIG Fund
involving the mortgage of the property located at
Lot 28, Block 12 Lumina Bacolod Phase 1, Brgy.
Vista Alegre, Bacolod City, Philippines covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 092-2018006573;

2. To act for and on my behalf in transacting


business and representations with all government
offices regarding the aforesaid property and any
or all property/ies, which may come under my
name, including but not limited to Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 092-2018006573;

3. To act for and in my behalf to claim the


aforesaid title/s from Pag-IBIG, to process the
release/cancellation of mortgage, to process the
necessary papers/documents, tax clearances, tax
declarations, Certificate Authorizing Registration
(CAR) etc. in relation to my property/ies with the
different government agencies and/or offices,
including but not limited to the Pag-IBIG Fund,
Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Register of
Deeds (ROD), City Assessor’s Office, etc.;

4. To file the necessary documents before


any government agency or office as may be
deemed proper and to sign any other similar
document as may be necessary for the fulfillment
of the purposes intended;

5. To pay the necessary fees, and/or financial
obligation that may be relevant with the foregoing
objective and to demand for the necessary receipt
as may be deemed proper;

6. To receive any document in connection


with the any of the foregoing objectives;

5.Finally, to do all other acts, deeds and


things whatsoever pursuant to the powers herein
granted, as fully and effectual for the
accomplishment of the foregoing purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said


attorney-in-fact full powers and authority to do and perform
all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect
the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes
as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with
full power of substitution, delegation and/or revocation, and
hereby ratifying and confirming the acts my said attorney
or substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
hereof.
