3. If yes, you are requested to fulfill all the following conditions and acknowledge the same by adding a tick mark
inside the given text box against each item, which will make you eligible to take up the campus recruitment.
I'll attend all training sessions without fail.

Proper completion of all assessment tests and online exams shall be undertaken by me on time, as
mentioned by the Career Development Centre.

Once I register for a company’s campus recruitment, I will attend the interview without fail.

I’m aware that any Misconduct during interviews, tests, or other recruitment activities may lead to
disqualification from future opportunities.

Students receiving PPOs must inform the T&P department immediately.

Students indulging in malpractice (e.g., proxy attendance, false information) or skipping interviews without
valid reason will be blacklisted from further placement activities.

Mandatory Joining Post-Selection: Students who are selected in a placement drive are expected to honor their
commitment and join the organization.

Restriction on Repeated Declines: If a student is selected in two or more placement drives but chooses not to join
the organizations without a valid reason, they will be debarred from participating in further placement
opportunities.

Valid Reasons for Declining Offers: Students must provide a written explanation for declining an offer. Only
reasons such as medical emergencies, relocation issues, or higher education selection may be considered valid,
subject to approval by the T&P department.

Impact of Non-Compliance: Repeated non-compliance with this policy will result in Debarment from all future
placement drives

In case of violation of any of the above conditions, I am aware that i may be removed from the placement opted List.
