of view to avoid conflict. And lastly, respect. This skill is essential to any workplace you’ve desired.
If you are respectful then people will respect you. Being respectful can make your working
environment healthy.

 Effective leadership- communication skills are essential since you need to make decisions, you
need to motivate your members, since as an organizational leader you need to communicate to
your members how to achieve your goals, you need to motivate them, and you also need to make
decisions.
 Work problem solver- communication skill can help you resolve misunderstanding inside the

My Reaction (10 points)


Upon watching the video, I realize that in order to achieve your goals and to make it successful and
faster you need the help of everyone. In the video it shows the kind of people who will help you in
achieving your goals. There is a performer, who shows perseverance, who also know how to take
responsibility to the job. There is also a high effective doer who shows willingness to work and to
improve. However, in a workplace there is also a less effective doer who does the work in bare minimum,
which his contribution does not make a difference. And there comes the potential trouble source who will
make the work harder, and the suppressive person who will destroy your hard work but hide as a nice
member. Then another group has come pass them, this group is fast and successful since all of their
members shows the same level of force and willingness to work. I can relate this when doing a school
activity, if all group members are doing their job and doing their best, we can finish our work faster and
we can deliver a best quality of work.
