IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. Reporting Time at the Examination/Test Centre is 30 MINUTES before


attendance time. No entry will be allowed into the Examination Centre after
attendance time.
2. Mandatory to bring a valid CNIC for the exam. If lost/expired, Valid Original
Passport or other authentic document allowed with approval from Centre
Incharge.
3. For candidates under the age of 18, are required to produce original B-Form
and any original document with a photo, such as a domicile, matric or FSc
result card, or any other original document that includes a photo, is
considered a valid pictorial identification document.
4. Candidates must not bring any prohibited items (Cell Phones, Smart
watches, Calculator or any other) into the examination/test room or consult
with anyone else during the exam/test will be liable to be disqualified.
5. Copying questions or answers on paper and taking them outside the
exam/Test room strictly prohibited.
6. Threatening / Misbehaving with the examination/Testing staff will be liable
to be disqualified.
7. This Slip is valid for this specific test only, not valid for any other test.
8. Participants are advised to bring black ball point / pointer (to fill the bubble
sheet/answer sheet) alongwith clipboard. Stationary items will not be
provided at venue.
9. Failure to observe these instructions shall render you liable to any of the
following penalties:
a. Cancellation of paper.
b. Registration of a Unfair Mean Case if you are found indulging in
cheating or any criminal act, i.e., forgery, impersonation, etc.
c. Temporary or permanent disqualification from applying or appearing
in any Examination/Test conducted or to be conducted.
d. Any other action that the Commission/committee deems fit.
