after approval of unification of minor with sponsor.

issues/needs under the Fairweather Lodge Program/ living within one of the Fairweather Lodge housing units.
Case Management, recruitment, & Outreach efforts for individuals identifying as “Survivors of Crime” under
the newly built Safe Services Program where I assisted in building the program and its components from the
ground up, including the creation of intake forms, evaluations, filing systems, etc. All grant requirements &
expectations were exceeded & the program was successfully approved for the following 24-months.
