Job Description:

Engineer - EDC Marine System

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare detail design drawing using 3D modelling tools such piping design, ducting design and
necessary design document to support production.
 Assist Engineers to prepare marine system piping and instrumentation diagrams.
 Prepare Bill of Material.
 Prepare Material Take Off of piping component and instrumentation.
 Prepare machinery layout arrangement.
 Assist in design calculations.
 Assist in the preparation of Major Equipment List.
 Assist in the preparation of equipment specifications.
 To ensure timely completion of design/drawings according to planned schedules and meeting the
quality standards required.
 To ensure the quality control in the design/drawing process.
 To ensure that all documents are issued, updated, or filed according to the design procedure.
 Assist Engineers in solving technical problems onsite if needed.
 Participate in tests and trials, where required.
 Keep abreast with current technological developments and products.
 Keep abreast with Classifications Rules, military, and industrial standards relevant to design
activities.

Requirements

 Minimum of a Diploma in Marine/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.


 At least 1-2 years’ experience in engineering detailed design in Marine/Offshore/Oil & Gas industry.
 Good knowledge of international design codes, Classification/Statutory Rules, and Regulations.
 Proficient in AutoCAD, AVEVA Marine and Rhino 3D software
 Knowledge and experience in MACHINERY, PIPING SYSTEM, HVAC
 Fluent in English

Prefer to have

 Graduated from top tech universities such as (Bach Khoa, UIT, University of Science, etc.)
 Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Salary Range: USD 1500-2250 (for reference only) / 35M-52M VND (Official)

Report to: Delivery Manager, dotted line to Singapore team
