CENTRALISED EMPLOYMENT NOTICE (CEN) NO.: RRC-01/2019
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS (DV) & MEDICAL EXAMINATION (ME)

1. No representative will be allowed instead of the eligible candidates to appear in DV.

2. Following documents in original as well as two photocopy of each are required to be produced for varication:

a) Lower portion of call letter, issued to candidates during CBT and PET (PWBD/CCAA candidate must bring lower portion call letter of CBT)

b) Age proof certificate such as 10th/Matric/Birth Certificate/School Certificate indicating Date of Birth.

c) Valid Photo Identity like Aadhaar Card, Voter Card, Pan Card, Driving License or Passport.

d) 10th/Matric Pass Certificate as proof of Educational Qualification.

e) SC/ST/OBC candidates should produce valid Caste Certificate from competent authority. OBC Certificate for OBC candidate should not be older
than 01 (one) year from the closing date of notification and in proper format (Annexure II of CEN RRC-01/2019) mentioning that the candidate does
not belong to Creamy Layer. OBC Candidate will have to produce self-declaration in prescribed format (Annexure II A of CEN RRC-01/2019).

f) Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates, if opted in the application, should produce income certificate in the prescribed format (Annexure III
of CEN RRC-01/2019) issued by the Competent Authority.

g) Economically Backward Class (EBC) Certificate in proforma issued by Competent authority (Annexure III A of CEN RRC-01/2019) for waiver of
Examination fee, if claimed while applying against the CEN.

h) Self – Declaration for Waiver of Examination Fee in non-judicial stamp paper by candidates belongs to Minority Community (Annexure IV of CEN
RRC-01/2019), if claimed while applying against CEN.

i) PWBD candidates should bring their disability certificate in the format as mentioned in the notification CEN RRC-01/2019 [Annexure – V(A),V(B),
V©, V(D)]

j) Ex-Serviceman to bring original Service Certificate, Discharge Certificate and other relevant documents, issued by
appropriate authority. Ex-Servicemen Candidate will have to produce self-declaration in prescribed format (Annexure VII of CEN RRC-01/2019)

k) CCAA candidates to bring original Certificates issued by NCVT and Certificate of Training in Railway establishment issued by appropriate authority
is mandatory.

l) Any other relevant document, required as per instructions in CEN RRC-01/2019.

m) Serving Govt/PSU Employees to submit NOC as per Para 18.4 (12) of CEN RRC-01/2019.

n) Any other documents mentioned by the candidate in the CBT application form.

o) Three Passport size photographs as submitted during CBT Application (without wearing Sun Glass and caps)

NB: Candidates in possession of certificates in languages other than Hindi & English should bring a translated version in English duly attested by a
Gazetted Officer

3. Candidates successful in Document Verification alone will be sent for Medical Examination to any of the Railway Hospital situated all over the Zonal
Railway. Candidates may require to stay for longer period for the Medical Examination which comprise of Tests/Investigations. Hence, the candidates are
requested to come prepared to stay till completion of Medical Examination, at their own expense/arrangements. Transportation between and DV & ME
venues will also be at the expense of the Candidates. RRC will not make any arrangements for providing accommodation and transportation.

4. Candidates have to pay a sum of Rs. 24/- (Rupees Twenty Four only) at the time of Document Verification towards Medical Examination fee.

5. Issue of e-call letter for document verification does not confer any right for recruitment for the post against CEN RRC-01/2019 and filling up of vacancy will
be strictly as per merit and on availability of vacancy.

6. The candidates will not be allowed to enter for Verification of Documents without producing Online CBT & PET Call Letter lower portion in original.

7. Any request for change of date & Venue of Document Verification will not be permitted under any circumstances. However, absentees in the nominated
date will be given one last chance to appear in DV in a block date. Please visit RRC Website to know the block date for absentee candidates.

8. Decision of RRC in all matters will be final and binding upon the candidate.

9. SC, ST candidates are entitled to free rail travel in 2nd class and should produce the call letter with the scanned photographs to the Railway Authorities for
checking during journey as and when demanded. They must carry an attested and original copy of their caste certificate for verification during the journey.

10. There will be no claim for alternate appointment on the grounds of Medical Unfitness, if any.

11. Being called for Document Verification & Medical Examination does not confer any right or guarantee for employment in Railways. Mere issue of Call
Letters will not imply that your candidature has been finally cleared by the RRC for appointment in Railways.

12. Further, merely being found fit in Medical Examination does not guarantee your appointment in Railways. The Final selection of the candidates will be
subject to the verification of identity, all original certificates, satisfaction of all criteria prescribed for the post including Medical Examination/Standards, as
applicable.

13. The final list of successful candidates to be recommended to the Railway Administration will be limited to the vacancies notified (with the community break-
up and reservation for PwBD/CCAA) only. In the event of empanelment, the Candidates are likely to be posted in any Department, anywhere within the
Zonal Railway/Production Units. No representation will be entertained in this regard.

14. Candidates may please also note that no extra time will be given for submission of certificates. Further, Failure to produce original certificates in support of
Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Community in proper format, disability certificate in proper format, proof of Ex-Serviceman, Income Certificates,
Minority Declaration, No Objection Certificate, NCVT Certificate of CCAA Candidates etc. on the day of Document Verification will result in forfeiture of
candidature without any further notice.

15. If it is found later at any stage, that the candidate does not fulfil any of the conditions of eligibility, such candidate’s candidature will be cancelled and no
appeal against such cancellation will be entertained. Candidates called for Document Verification and Medical Examination are therefore, advised to check
carefully and satisfy themselves that they fulfils all the conditions of the eligibility as per CEN RRC-01/2019.

2. सं शोधन के िलए मू ल द ावे जो ं के साथ-साथ े क की दो फोटोकॉपी ु त करने की आव कता है :

क) सीबीटी और पीईटी के दौरान उ ीदवारो ं को जारी िकए गए कॉल ले टर का िनचला िह ा (पीड ू बीडी/सीसीएए उ ीदवार को कॉल ले टर का िनचला िह ा लाना होगा
सीबीटी)
ख) आयु माण माण प जै से 10 वी ं / मै िटक / ज माण प / ू ल माण प िजसम ज ितिथ का सं केत हो।
ग) आधार काड, वोटर काड, पै न काड, डाइिवं ग लाइसस या पासपोट जै सी वै ध फोटो पहचान।
घ) शै ि क यो ता के माण के प म 10वी/ंमै िटक पास माणप ।
ङ) अनु सूिचत जाित/अनु सूिचत जनजाित/अ िपछड़ा वग के उ ीदवारो ं को स म ािधकारी से वै ध जाित माण प ु त करना चािहए। ओबीसी उ ीदवार के िलए ओबीसी

छ) स म ािधकारी ारा जारी ोफामा म आिथक प से िपछड़ा वग (ईबीसी) माणप (सीईएन आरआरसी-01/2019 का अनु बंध III एओ) परी ा शु की छूट के िलए, यिद
सीईएन के खलाफ आवे दन करते समय दावा िकया जाता है ।
ज) अ सं क समु दाय के उ ीदवारो ं ारा गै र- ाियक ा पे पर म परी ा शु की छूट के िलए -घोषणा (CEN RRC-01/2019 का अनु बंध IV), यिद CEN के खलाफ
आवे दन करते समय दावा िकया गया हो।
झ) PWBD उ ीदवारो ं को अिधसू चना CEN RRC-01/2019 म उ खत ा प म अपना िवकलां गता माण प लाना चािहए [अनु बंध - वी (ए), वी (बी), वी ©, वी (डी)]

3. द ावे ज़ स ापन म सफल उ ीदवारो ं को अकेले मे िडकल जां च के िलए पू रे रे लवे अ ताल म भे जा जाएगा े ीय रे लवे । उ ीदवारो ं को मे िडकल परी ा के िलए अिधक समय तक रहने
की आव कता हो सकती है िजसम परी ण/जां च शािमल ह। इसिलए, उ ीदवारो ं से अनु रोध िकया जाता है िक वे यं िचिक ा परी ा पू री होने तक ठहरने के िलए तै यार रह
य/ व था। DV और ME थानो ं के बीच प रवहन भी उ ीदवारो ं के खच पर होगा। आरआरसी नही ं बने गा आवास और प रवहन दान करने के िलए कोई व था।

4. उ ीदवारो ं को पये की रािश का भु गतान करना होगा। 24 / - (केवल चौबीस पये ) िचिक ा परी ा के िलए द ावे ज़ स ापन के समय शु ।

5. द ावे ज़ स ापन के िलए ई-कॉल ले टर जारी करने से सीईएन आरआरसी-01/2019 के खलाफ पद के िलए भत और भरने का कोई अिधकार नही ं िमलता है यो ता के अनु सार और
र की उपल ता पर स ी से र की जाएगी।

6. उ ीदवारो ं को द ावे जो ं के स ापन के िलए ऑनलाइन सीबीटी और पीईटी कॉल ले टर के िनचले िह े को ु त िकए िबना वे श करने की अनु मित नही ं दी जाएगी। मू ल।

7. द ावे ज़ स ापन की ितिथ और थान म प रवतन के िकसी भी अनु रोध को िकसी भी प र थित म अनु मित नही ं दी जाएगी। हालां िक अनु प थत रहे नामां िकत ितिथ को ॉक ितिथ म डीवी
म दिशत होने का एक आ खरी मौका िदया जाएगा। के िलए ॉक ितिथ जानने के िलए कृपया आरआरसी वे बसाइट पर जाएं अनु प थत उ ीदवार।

8. सभी मामलो ं म आरआरसी का िनणय अं ितम और उ ीदवार के िलए बा कारी होगा।

9. अनु सूिचत जाित, अनु सूिचत जनजाित के उ ीदवार ि तीय े णी म मु रे ल या ा के हकदार ह और उ ै न की गई त ीरो ं के साथ कॉल ले टर ु त करना चािहए मां गे जाने पर या ा
के दौरान जां च के िलए रे लवे अिधकारी। उ अपनी जाित की एक स ािपत और मू ल ित साथ रखनी होगी या ा के दौरान स ापन के िलए माण प ।

10. िचिक ा अयो ता, यिद कोई हो, के आधार पर वै क क िनयु के िलए कोई दावा नही ं िकया जाएगा।

11. द ावे ज़ स ापन और िचिक ा परी ा के िलए बु लाए जाने से रे लवे म रोजगार के िलए कोई अिधकार या गारं टी नही ं िमलती है । मा कॉल ले टर जारी करने का मतलब यह नही ं होगा िक
रे लवे म िनयु के िलए आरआरसी ारा आपकी उ ीदवारी को अं ितम प से मं जूरी दे दी गई है ।

12. इसके अलावा,केवल मे िडकल जां च म िफट पाए जाने से रे लवे म आपकी िनयु की गारं टी नही ं हो जाती है । का अं ितम चयन उ ीदवार पहचान के स ापन, सभी मू ल माण प ो,ं पद के
िलए िनधा रत सभी मानदं डो ं की सं तुि के अधीन होग
ं े िचिक ा परी ा / मानक, जै सा लागू हो।

13. रे ल शासन को िसफा रश की जाने वाली सफल उ ीदवारो ं की अं ितम सू ची अिधसू िचत र यो ं तक ही सीिमत होगी केवल PwBD/CCAA के िलए सामु दाियक िवभाजन और आर ण)।
पै नल म शािमल होने की थित म, उ ीदवारो ं को िकसी भी म तै नात िकए जाने की सं भावना है िवभाग, े ीय रे लवे /उ ादन इकाइयो ं के भीतर कही ं भी। इस सं बंध म िकसी भी ितिनिध
पर िवचार नही ं िकया जाएगा।

14. उ ीदवार कृपया यह भी नोट कर ल िक माणप जमा करने के िलए कोई अित र समय नही ं िदया जाएगा। इसके अलावा, मू ल उ ादन करने म िवफलता ज ितिथ, शै ि क यो ता,
उिचत ा प म समु दाय, उिचत ा प म िवकलां गता माण प , माण के समथन म माण प भू तपू व सै िनक, आय माण प , अ सं क घोषणा, अनापि माण प , सीसीएए
उ ीदवारो ं का एनसीवीटी माण प आिद। द ावे ज़ स ापन के िदन िबना िकसी और नोिटस के उ ीदवारी को ज कर िलया जाएगा।

15. यिद बाद म िकसी भी र पर यह पाया जाता है िक उ ीदवार पा ता की िकसी भी शत को पू रा नही ं करता है , तो ऐसे उ ीदवार की उ ीदवारी र कर दी जाएगी। र कर िदया गया है
और ऐसे िनर ीकरण के िव कोई अपील ीकार नही ं की जाएगी। उ ीदवारो ं को द ावे ज़ स ापन और िचिक ा के िलए बु लाया गया इसिलए परी ा को सलाह दी जाती है िक
सावधानी से जां च कर और खु द को सं तु कर िक वे सीईएन के अनु सार पा ता की सभी शत को पू रा करते ह आरआरसी-01/2019।
