5-Day Livelihood Training Program: Enhancing Skills for Sustainable Income

I. Project Overview:

This project aims to provide participants with essential livelihood skills in cooking, dishwashing, banana
chips making, rag making, and candle making. The training will equip individuals, particularly from
underprivileged communities, with practical knowledge and skills to create products that can be used for
personal benefit or sold to generate income. This initiative seeks to foster financial independence,
entrepreneurial spirit, and sustainable living.

II. Objectives:

1. To provide participants with hands-on training in five key livelihood skills: cooking,
dishwashing, banana chips making, rag making, and candle making.
2. To empower participants to start small-scale businesses or enhance their existing skills to generate
income.
3. To promote environmental sustainability by using local and recyclable materials, particularly in
rag making and candle making.
4. To build self-confidence and entrepreneurship by teaching basic business principles, such as
pricing, marketing, and sales.

III. Target Audience:

 Primary Beneficiaries: Women, unemployed individuals, stay-at-home parents, and members of


marginalized communities.
