Greetings!

As students break from school is soon approaching, a lot of activities

also come with it. We, the Officials of Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of
Barangay Saguin, organized a Basketball and Volleyball League, where
fellow barangay residents aged 15 and above are encouraged to join. This
tournament is categorized into three sectors: Midget, Junior, and Senior.

In this regard, may we respectfully request for your financial

support/assistance for our upcoming event. This project, scheduled to take
place on this tentative date of March 09, 2025, is dedicated to utilize the
unity of our fellow residents and ensure a memorable and fair experience of
the game.

To successfully execute this endeavor, we are seeking financial

contributions, in-kind donations, and sponsorships. Your support will
directly assist us of the prizes to be doled out to the winners and other
technical expenses.

In recognition of your generosity, we will ensure that you, and/or your

organization is prominently acknowledged throughout our promotional
materials, event signage and media coverage.
