Campaign organized at the Buxar Thermal Power Project (2x660MW) by M/s KARAM, which will be
conducted through a Mobile Demo Van.

This campaign is designed to raise awareness on critical safety measures, provide practical demonstrations,
and enhance safety standards at the workplace. The Mobile Demo Van will showcase various safety
equipment, their applications, and provide hands-on experience in handling safety gear.

Details of the Event:

Date: 15.02.2025
Time: 10 AM to 05 PM
Tentative Location: Near Suraksha Mandir
Organized by: M/s KARAM in association with Safety Dept. STPL

We believe this campaign will be an excellent opportunity to strengthen our commitment to workplace safety

Safety awareness across industries through a "Mobile Demo Van" visit at company's doorstep Buxar Thermal
Power Project, STPL, Buxar, Bihar on 18th February'25 Dated Activity.

On behalf of Karam, I would like to invite you as well as request you to be a part of this initiative that aims to save
millions of lives globally by raising awareness about safety and providing the necessary safety solutions and products
while promoting and encouraging the importance of workplace safety.

We intend to bring this Mobile Demo Van at your premises to spread awareness along with giving you the experience
of the Live demonstrations of our varied product range - Fall Protection Equipment & Fixed line system
(Vertical & Horizontal Line), Head Protection, Latest Foot Protection Products, Safety
Spectacles, Hearing Protection, Wide range of Hand Protection, Coverall Body Protection,
Respiratory Protection (Organic Vapor Mask), Newly launched field block, Emergency
evacuation & self-rescue system, Confined Spaces entry and exit solution (Davit Arm) and
many more.

We would park the van at the designated location assigned by your company authorities and spread the message of
safety through this initiative.

The Program Agenda will be as follows:-

Activity will start with the Inauguration Ceremony by the Senior Management
Followed by a quick tour and products' briefing
Then Interaction with the Officers, other departmental heads and Workforce along with product briefing &
resolving on the spot queries
Further the live demonstration of Confined Space-Entry Exit Solution installed on the unit will be given, while
training the audience on how to use these products in different situations
Also, Rescue through Rope Access will also be demonstrated followed by many more safety solutions displayed
on the Mobile Demo Van.
Also, we request your approval to conduct a Recce (Site Inspection) at your premises before the activity confirmation.
And for that our Recce Captain shall visit your Office/Site for the same.
