Crossfields thanks and appreciates the opportunity to submit our Annual Maintenance Contract for “BEST WATER
DOCTOR” Water purifiers supplied by us. We would like to bring to your purview that the contract period for the machines
enclosed is /has expiring/expired.
We hope that the service provided to you during this period was satisfactory and met all your expectations. Our product
being a water purifier requires regular periodical maintenance to provide microbiologically pure drinking water also all
internal parts are to be checked periodically and necessary spares are to be replaced to keep the machine running in its
optimum efficiency to provide safe drinking water at all times. By availing this cost effective service peace of mind is assured
against all defects and labor charges that may arise during the tenure of the contract. It shall also include all spares. ( Refer
to our terms and conditions for detailed explanation.)
Our Service technician will attend the mandatory service during this month for your machines, Any clarification regarding the
AMC will be sorted out by the Service Technician. We request you to renew the AMC CONTRACT for the coming year to
avail yourself of the quality service provided to you.

AMC – TERMS & CONDITIONS – REG
Under this Mandatory / contract, the company undertakes to maintain Best Water Doctor (Water Purifier).
1. Two periodical servicing visits per year during the period of contract mentioned above, when the water
purifier will be thoroughly checked, cleaned and adjusted.
2. Any additional visits during the contract period as and when required, in the event of any
breakdown/malfunctioning of the equipments on intimations in this regard by the customer.
3. Replacements of Worn-out/exhausted parts with new/rectified spares during the periodical
servicing or breakdown attention visits during the service Contract period.
4. Replacements of candle, activated carbon and Air Drier bottle twice in a year
5. UV Lamps will be replaced on a complaint basis only and it will be not covered under periodical service.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MANDATORY/CONTRACT
A. The Contract shall not cover visits/replacements of parts under the following circumstances:
a. Damage caused to the equipments due to the floods, fire, accident, riot, breakage, pest, misuse,
improper or negligent use, tampering, leakage from pipe, installation in humid dusty non-ventilated place etc.
b. Damage caused to the equipment due to the failure to observe the operating instructions and precautions as
in User Manual.
c. Defects / Failure resulting from servicing / repairs done by a person other than the authorized
representative of the company. The decision of the company is final with regard to replacement,
repairing the defective parts as the case may be.
d. In any such event the company will be submit a prior estimate for approval or bill for the work carried
out at the prevailing rates.
B. Since under the terms of this contract, the company is liable to supply you free replacement of spare parts in
certain circumstances, GST wherever liable will be borne by the company.
a. However the replaced defective spare parts will be sole property of the company.
D. Replacement and Maintenance of compressor is not covered under this contract (For Chiller Model)
Note: If customer is willing to take “With compressor” quotation point D shall not be applicable
