Globalization is the process of tailoring interconnection and interdepedence among countries Because
of globalization, the world becomes more integrated. Collaboration of countries existed and thus,
distinction became less pronounced. The increased of globalization is brought by the following factors
which include technological advancements, cultural exchange, global supply chains, and financial
integration.

Technological advancement

One of the most significant drivers of globalization has been the evolution of technology. As a result of
innovation in technology, automation is designed, devices, transportation improved, and systems
including artificial intelligence are invented and became known.

Global supply chains

or sometimes the international supply chains, where one country is turning the input s into outputs and
distribute it with quick time and cheaper price accelerates

Cultural Exchange

As countries become more interconnected, cultural exchange escalated. Cultural exchange turned on
fostering cooperation, mutual understanding, and learning across the board towards connectivity and
enrichment.

Financial Integration

The financial integration in the rise of globalization has made the necessary capital and international
transactions accessible. Due to the interconnectedness of financial markets, institutions, and economies
around the world the flow of capital, movement of investment, and exchange of currencies, each
country's financial system is handled efficiently.

WHAT ARE THE SOME POSITIVE EFFECTS AND NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF GLOBALIZATION?

The impacts of globalization is somewhat complex to the point that it sometimes leads to what
represents an upside to one or some people might represent a downside for others.

Globalization has paved the way for various advancements and opportunities, influencing one's manner
in values, work, and life. While adverses is unavoidable, positive impacts that globalization brings are
highly recognized.
Economic Growth - Since one of the factors why there is an increased of globalization brought by
international supply chains and financial integration, facilitation of international trade boost economic
to grow and be efficient.

Cultural Exchange - With globalization, greater understanding and appreciation of different culture is
fostered.

Technological Innovation - The progressive creation of technology preside over the product of
globalization's rapid advancements, improvement, and overall standards.

NEGATIVE

Amidst the benefits delivered by globalization, consequences due to several factors are continuous to
exist.

Unemployment - The impact of globalization on employment can be observed in many countries with
various factors like outsourcing, job displacement, competition, and economic shifts and declines.

Outsourcing happens because most of the business wants to reduce labor cost, businesses were allowed
to move jobs to regions where labor is cheaper. In connection with this, brain drain can also happen
where skilled workers migrate from developing countries to developed countries for better
opportunities.

WHEN PEOPLE TRADE, HOW DO BOTH SIDES BENEFITS?

Over the years, globalization has transformed the world into a more interconnected marketplace, where
goods, services, capital, and labor flow across borders. For instance, mechanisms such as comparative
advantage and specialization will enable countries to maximize global efficiency. Similarly, variation of
goods, economic growth and job creation, sharing, and improvement of quality and standards can be
gained.

WHAT IS THE FUTURE OF THE GLOBALIZATION?

As the world continues to evolve, so does the nature of globalization. The future of globalization will
likely be shaped through various factors including progress in the field of technology, economic
challenges, and political shifts.

In the future, the rise of technological progress will continue to drive globalization or even expand and
accelerate to driver globalization. As a consequence, priavcy concerns due to technology manipulation
may arise.

Economic shifts may either present new opportunities for businesses and workers or challenges that will
