under the expert guidance of Mr. Akshay Shah. As a 7th-semester student from SAL College of
Engineering, this internship represented a crucial bridge between academic learning and real-
world application. The internship offered me a unique opportunity to put into practice the
theoretical concepts I had learned in my studies, particularly focusing on market research and
strategic communication. My role primarily involved enhancing Pramukh Web's market presence
through targeted research activities and effective use of LinkedIn to engage with a global
audience.
2. INTRODUCTION

Pramukh Web is a leading IT solutions provider specializing in web development, digital
marketing, and software solutions. The company aims to deliver innovative and effective
technology solutions to businesses worldwide
The internship was structured over 14 days, with specific tasks assigned each day to provide a
well-rounded experience in market research, data analysis, and communication. The primary
objectives were to:
Task: On the first day of my internship at Pramukh Web, I attended an orientation session with
Mr. Akshay Shah. This session was crucial as it set the foundation for my entire internship
experience. During the orientation, Mr. Shah provided a comprehensive overview of the
company's services, goals, and market positioning. He also outlined the specific expectations and
objectives of my internship, which included gaining hands-on experience in market research and
promoting the company’s services through LinkedIn.
Learning: This orientation was incredibly informative and gave me a clear understanding of
Pramukh Web’s operations and the significance of my role. I learned about the various IT
solutions the company offers, such as web development, digital marketing, and software services.
Additionally, I understood the importance of my contributions to the company’s marketing and
research efforts, setting the stage for my tasks in the following days.
Learning: I gained a solid understanding of the basics of market research and its importance in
making informed business decisions. This knowledge helped me appreciate the role of data in
understanding market trends, customer preferences.
Learning: This task was highly insightful as it helped me understand the competitive landscape in
which Pramukh Web operates. By identifying the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors, I
learned how Pramukh Web could leverage its unique capabilities to gain a competitive edge.
3.4 DAY 4: CUSTOMER PROFILING
Task: On the fourth day, I worked on developing customer personas based on demographic and
behavioral data. Mr. Shah explained the importance of customer profiling in creating targeted
marketing strategies. I gathered data on different customer segments, including age, gender,
location, and purchasing behavior, to create detailed personas.
Learning: This exercise highlighted the importance of understanding and targeting specific
customer segments. By developing customer personas, I learned how to tailor marketing messages
and strategies to meet the unique needs and preferences of different groups. This task emphasized

Task: The fifth day was dedicated to learning various data collection methods. Mr. Shah

Task: On the ninth day, I conducted customer surveys to gather feedback on their needs and
preferences. Mr. Shah provided guidance on how to design survey questions and distribute them
to the target audience. I collected and analyzed the responses to gain insights into what customers
value most in IT services.
Learning: This task emphasized the importance of understanding customer needs and

5. CHALLENGES FACED AND SOLUTIONS
Description: One of the main challenges I faced during my internship was gathering accurate and
comprehensive data. Collecting data is often complicated by various factors, such as limited
access to reliable sources, incomplete information, or inconsistencies in the data collected. This
challenge made it difficult to ensure that the data I was working with was both accurate and
representative of the broader market or customer base.
By using these strategies, I was able to overcome the challenge of gathering accurate and
comprehensive data, ensuring that my research was based on reliable information.

Ability to Learn Quickly: One of the highlights of Mr. Shah's feedback was his

The 14-day internship at Pramukh Web was an incredibly valuable experience that significantly
