Creating an os Virtualization in Cloud Computing.


Click on VMware Software and Click on Next to the Installation wizard.

Read and Accept the VMware End User license agreement.Click Next
to Continue.
Specify the Installation directory. You can also enable Enhance
keyboard driver here.Click Next to continue.

Select the shortcuts you want to create for easy access to VMware
Workstation.Click Next to Continue.

Click Install button to start the installation.

successfully installed VMware Workstation Pro,Now you can start the


VMware Workstation Pro by clicking on the shortcut on Desktop.
Create Windows 11 Virtual Machine

Here is Home screen of the VMware Workstation pro


Select Microsoft Windows in the Guest operating system section.

Select the Installer disc image file (iso) option.


Click Browse and locate your Windows 11 ISO file.
Select Next.
Next, click on ‘New Virtual Machine‘

Click on install disc image and browse button ,the click on the next button,
Locate your Window xp professional file and select it

Type in your Windows Product


Key ,Click Next.

Select your virtual machine name and location ,click Next


Select the recommendated size for it and then Click Next .

customize your hardware before creating your virtual machine. In our

example, we simply click Finish

Windows XP will commence to install on your recently created virtual


machine on VMWare.

After a few some minutes,Windows will continue to download and install.


Enter your Windows product key and click Next

Before the installation


ends, VMWare Tools will
install between main
operating system and
your virtual machine.

After the installation is completed, Windows XP will start

And here
dekstop will be
open.
When instllation is completed then start menu and open the ‘Command prompt’.

In the Command Prompt ,type ipconfig to gain the detail about the system and other info like
default,which require to ping the other system in os.

Kali Installation
choose the Kali Linux ISO file you have installed and proceed

Click browse and locate your FILE .

choose ‘Linux’ for the operating system .


Choose the name for your virtual machine and the for installation.

choose the name for


your virtual machine and
the desired path for
installation.

S elect a space on your disk


for Kali Linux,minimum
of 30 GB.
Customize your hardware ,ram for kali linux.

Click on ‘Power on this virtual machine’ to start Kali Linux.

Choose the desired language for Kali Linux in this section.

NEXT, you can select your location .


select your keyboard.

Specify the desired Hostname

Specify the Domain Name.

Set your Username and Password.

use the entire disk for partitioning

Select your virtual disk

choose the first option.


Click and write here chnages to disk and be continue.

Select ‘yes’ and Continue


choose ‘Linux’ for the
operating system .

Now you can choose the


desktop environment for your Kali Linux.

Simply click ‘Yes’ and


continue.
Select your disk and proceed by clicking Continue.

And finish the installation


and click on continue.

Here, log into the system using the username and password you
previously specified in the earlier steps.
Now User can Open the OS and give the command on it .

User type the Command,ipconfig for getting the ‘ip address’ and detail about the system will
be use to ping the installed os .
Metasploit Installation

Its an another machine metasploit installing in the vmware workstation.after installation is


seen like by below .
Here user can start the procedure .

Now
S elect
the
file
that
is

highlighted. Follow on screen prompts to complete install.The login


is msfadmin
Now you can start your new machine! Enter the credentials msfadmin

Type ifconfig and run it , After that Ping the ip address that you noted
previously. This will confirm that it is up and running.
