UNIT 2 IDENTIFYING AND ANALYZING SOCIAL ISSUES 9 Hrs.


Social needs assessment and problem identification-Understanding the root causes of social problems-
Social impact analysis and social innovation-Developing Sustainable Business Models for Social
Enterprises-Social enterprise models and frameworks-Hybrid business models and social value
proposition-Revenue generation and financial sustainability.

UNIT 3 SOCIAL IMPACT MEASUREMENT 9 Hrs.


Impact assessment frameworks and tools- Social return on investment (SROI) analysis-Measuring and
reporting social outcomes-Legal structures for social enterprises (nonprofits, B-Corps, etc.)-Ethical
considerations and social responsibility-Compliance, governance, and transparency
