• Pre-requisite • Setup 1 (MA Green – OI Above 20 SMA)
• Open ITM/ATM/OTM Option PE and CE chart (Delta 0.6), • Green MA indicates Option price is increasing and the trend
side-by-side. is expected to continue.
• Set timeframe as 2-min in both charts. • OI above 20 SMA indicates that sellers are still holding on to
• Focus on chart with Green MA (20 EMA above 50 EMA). their positions and possibly adding more.
• Plot Open Interest indicator with 20 SMA • Wait for the Open Interest to cross below 20 SMA. Wait for
the current candle closure.
• Skip the strategy if both charts have Red MA. • The candle (any color) that made the crossover is the signal
• Prefer Green MA in 5 min chart (Link) . candle.
• Either strong RED candle or strong GREEN candle. Ignore
candles with long upper wicks and doji candles.
• Entry:
• Buy above the previous two candle high.
• Stop-loss
• A few points below signal candle low or of the candle prior to it.
• Exit: OI rising above 20 SMA
• Take Profit
• Two times the SL price
• Previous swing high
• Exit: OI rising above 20 SMA
