• Verbal communication

• Non verbal communication
What is Verbal communication :

Verbal communication is the use of words to share information, ideas, and emotions

What is Verbal Non - communication :

Nonverbal communication is the transmission of a message without using words


Verbal Communication :
 Involves the use of words, spoken or written. Type’s
 Examples: Conversations, speeches, emails, and phone calls. Oral Communication
 Key elements: Clarity, tone, pitch, and language. Written Communication
 Importance: Conveys explicit messages and information.
