• Provides opportunity for interaction and feedback

all kinds.
• Helps foster better relationship
Disadvantages of Verbal Communication
• A word uttered is can’t be taken back
• There is no legal evidence of oral communication
• It can be forgotten easily

• Helps to communicate to someone with hearing
difficulty

Advantages of Non-verbal Communication
• Makes the message more meaningful

Disadvantages of Non-verbal Communication
• Can’t be used as a public tool of communication
• Can’t create an impression upon people/ listeners
