About the application

Dashboards:
Total Sales

- Total sales dashboard showing sales vs return total amount for a period of time.
- User can retrieve dashboard data daily\weekly\monthly.
Sales Count

- Sales count dashboard showing number of sales vs return orders for a period of time.
- User can retrieve dashboard data daily\weekly\monthly.
Customer Count

- Customer count dashboard showing number of new customers that have been collected for a
period of time.
- User can retrieve dashboard data daily\weekly\monthly.
Customers:
Customer List

- This screen shows the list of authorized customers for logged user.
- Double click on the customer will open details screen in view mode.
Customer Details (View mode)
 - Customer details screen provide the ability for the user to access other existing features
in sales application such as orders, invoices, return orders and payments.
- When user access these features from customer screen, transactions filtered to be
related with current customer only.

Orders
Orders List

 - This screen shows the list of sales orders related to logged user.
- Double click on the order will open details screen in view mode.
Order Details (View + Create Mode)
- Order detail’s info part, shows all general information which related to that order.

- Order detail’s ship part, shows information which related to shipping address of that
order.
- Order detail’s products part, shows information which related to products information
that have been added to that order, such as quantity, price, unit and discount.
Invoices
Invoices List

- This screen shows the list of sales invoices related to logged user.
- Double click on the invoice will open details screen in view mode.
Invoice Details (View + Create Mode)

- Invoice detail’s info part, shows all general information which related to that invoice.
- Invoice detail’s ship part, shows information which related to shipping address of that
invoice.
- Invoice detail’s products part, shows information which related to products information
that have been added to that invoice, such as quantity, price, unit and discount.
Return Orders
Return Orders List

- This screen shows the list of return orders related to logged user.
- Double click on the return order will open details screen in view mode.
Return Order Details (View + Create Mode)

- Return order detail’s info part, shows all general information which related to that
return order.
- Return order detail’s ship part, shows information which related to shipping address of
that return order.
- Return order detail’s products part, shows information which related to products
information that have been added to that return order, such as quantity, price, unit and
discount.
Payments
Payments List

- This screen shows the list of related to logged user customers.

- Double click on the payment will open details screen in view mode.
Payment Details (View + Create Mode)

- Payment detail’s info part, shows all general information which related to that payment.
Loads (Transfer-In Order)
Loads List

- This screen shows the list of loads transactions (Transfer-In Order) related to logged
user, which have been prepared by goods warehouse and transferred to user car
warehouse at the beginning of day.
- Double click on the load transaction will open details screen in view mode.
Loads Details (View + Create Mode)

- Load detail’s info part, shows all general information which related to that load order.
- Load detail’s products part, shows information which related to products information
that have been added to that load, such as quantity, unit and batch.
Unloads (Transfer-Out Order)
Unloads List

- This screen shows the list of unloads transactions (Transfer-Out Order) related to logged
user, which have been prepared by user car warehouse and transferred to goods
warehouse at the end of day.
- Double click on the unload transaction will open details screen in view mode.
Unloads Details (View + Create Mode)

- Unload detail’s info part, shows all general information which related to that unload
order.
- Unload detail’s products part, shows information which related to products information
that have been added to that unload, such as quantity, unit and batch.
Products:
Products List

- This screen shows the list of authorized items for logged user.
- Double click on the product will open details screen in view mode.
Product Details (View mode)

- Product detail’s screen, shows all general information which related to that product
such as product name, unit, product group and the on hand qty of that product in
warehouse.
Prospects:
Prospects List

- This screen shows the list of prospects related to logged user.

- Double click on the order will open details screen in view mode.
Product Details (View + create mode)
 - Prospect detail’s screen, shows all general information which related to that prospect
such as name, email, address and any other notes or images can be collected for that
prospect.

Reports:

- This screen shows the list of reports provided in sales app; more reports can be
implemented.
- Double click on the report will open details screen in view mode.
Sales VS Return report

- Sales vs return report showing sales and return transactions for logged user in a period of time.
- User can retrieve report data daily\weekly\monthly.
Customer Due Date report

- Customer due date report showing total due\not due transactions for logged user.
- Meaning of each column:
o NDY - Not due yet
o DT - Due today
o LTOW - Less than one week
o OWT2W - One week to two weeks
o MT2W - More than two weeks
Setup:
 - Setup screen showing all details of how logged user want to see and use the application, such
as, language, retrieving date based on period of time for each type of transactions, latest
counters for each transaction type, and also printer setup if needed.

About:
 - About screen showing any extra details about the application can be helpful of how to download
or install the application, and any information related to the application version.

Searching:
Direct Search

- On search field, user can write directly any word exist on the list, and application will try to find
and filter the data based on the word.
Filter Search

- Filter search field provide pop-up screen for the user to search based on any field in the
transaction record.
- Many options available for this search like, equal, not equal, contain …etc.
Sorting

- Sorting search field provide pop-up screen for the user to sort list information based on any field
in the transaction record.
- Two options available for this sorting, ascending and descending.
