Instructions / Guidelines for the Online Assessment Test

Please take note of the following important details and instructions for the online assessment
test:

Test Format: The assessment test will be conducted in an online mode. You will be provided with
login credentials and a password to access the test platform. Please ensure that you have a stable
internet connection and a suitable environment for taking the exam.

Login Credentials: Your login credentials and password will be sent to you via email 15 minutes
before the examination start time. Please check your email inbox (including the spam folder) during
that time. If you have not received the login details by then, please reach out to us immediately at
+91 7736028401 or please reach out to our support team via Teams using the joining link
shared in the Email.

Pre-Exam Preparations:

Test Environment: Find a quiet and well-lit area where you can concentrate on the exam without
distractions. Ensure that you have a comfortable chair and a clean workspace.

Internet Connection: Verify that you have a stable and reliable internet connection. If possible,
connect your device directly to the router via Ethernet for better stability.

System Requirements: Ensure that your computer or device meets the necessary requirements
for running the online test platform. Check the compatibility details provided in our previous
communication ( Computer/Lap with webcam – Mandatory )or contact us if you have any
concerns.

Test Browser: Use the latest version of a compatible web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) to
access the test platform. Disable any browser extensions that could interfere with the exam.

Steps to follow

1. Log in: You can log in 10 minutes before the exam using the login ID and password provided
to you 15 minutes prior to the exam. We recommend logging in early to ensure everything
works smoothly.
2. Check credentials: Ensure your login details (ID and password) are correct before the exam
starts to avoid any delays.
3. Join the support team: If you experience any issues, please reach out to our support team via
Teams using the joining link provided.

Time Management: The duration of the assessment test will 45 minutes, please be ready before 15
minutes of Examination. Please manage your time efficiently to complete all the sections within the
given time frame.

Instructions: Carefully read and follow the instructions provided for you. If you have any doubts or
need clarification, contact us.
Guidelines to be followed during exam

• Please give camera and audio access when prompted.


• Avoid switching to or opening any other browser tabs than the one you are presently
using to take the exam, Switching of tabs will lead to exam termination.

• If you face any login issues in one browser, try to change the browser and login again
• Avoid using phones and digital gadgets while attending the exam , You can only use pen &
paper for solving problem and calculations. Please take a sheet of paper and pen before
starting the exam.

• Avoid concealing or turning off the camera; doing so will be viewed as


inappropriate behavior.
