04.08.2021 respectively to resolve the ROW
issues.
4.M/s.TNRDC vide letter dt:03.09.2020 has

Remarks In the meeting held at Ministry of Env. & Forest on dt: 22.10.19, it was decided to have filed inspection with Higher level
forest officials since in the Google earth image, state boundary (Between Andhra and Tamilnadu) has passing across the
proposed route. Hence it was decided to call for the DFO/Andhra state and Tamilnadu state to verify the details. The site
inspection was planned on 13.11.19.

Remarks The site inspcetion headed by Mr. Ganesh Kumar, IFS Dy. Concervator of Foreset (Central), GOI, MoEF and climate
change, Regional Office (SEZ), Chennai along with DFO of Andra Pradesh state, DFO - Tiruvallur, Rangers of
Gummidipoondi and Redhills, EE/TLC/CNI, AEE/TLC/AMBT and AE/TLC/TMN. During isnpection, the state boundary has
been verified and our tower location cordinates are also verified by the inspecting officers. It is found that, our 400kV
route is does not falls in Andra state boundary.
