Installation of MS-Office 365, How to make USB bootable and
installation of Windows
Here are few steps involve to free download and install MS-Office.

i. Go to the www.getintopc.com or www.softonic.com websites.


ii. Select the version of Office 365 you want to install.
iii. Just click on download button and after completion of download file, installation process
will be started.
iv. Follow the prompts to complete the installation. This may include agreeing to the terms
of service and selecting the components of Office 365 that you want to install.
v. Once the installation is complete, open one of the Office apps and sign in with your
Microsoft account to activate the software.
vi. You may also be prompted to enter a product key if you have one.
It is important to check system requirements and make sure your computer meets them before
installing Office 365.

Where to Download Microsoft Office 1


To create a bootable USB drive for installing Windows, you can use the
"Windows USB/DVD Download Tool"
i. Download and install the Windows USB/DVD Download Tool from the Microsoft Store.
ii. Insert a USB drive with at least 4 GB of storage space into your computer.
iii. Open the Windows USB/DVD Download Tool and select the ISO file for the version of
Windows you want to install.
iv. Select USB device as the media to use for the installation.
v. Choose the USB drive you inserted in step 2 as the destination drive.
vi. Click Begin Copying.
vii. Wait for the process to finish.
viii. Once the process is complete, your USB drive is now bootable and you can use it to install
Windows on a computer.

To install Windows from a bootable USB drive


i. Insert the bootable USB drive into a USB port on your computer.
ii. Restart your computer and press the appropriate key to enter the BIOS or UEFI firmware setup
screen (usually F2, F12, Delete, or Esc key).
iii. Change the boot order in the BIOS/UEFI setup to make the USB drive the first boot device.
iv. Save your changes and exit the BIOS/UEFI setup.
v. The Windows installation process will begin.
vi. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
vii. Once the installation is complete, you will need to activate Windows using a valid product key

A computer usually has six important parts

A keyboard – which you use to type on and to give commands to the computer.
A screen – where you can see your document and all the commands a
programme offers
The hard drive is the actual computer where all programmes and information is stored
A mouse – this is a tool you use to give orders to the programme by moving
an arrow or line [cursor] that appears on the screen and clicking on
command symbols or clicking on a letter or word where you want to work.
You can use the mouse to highlight sections that you want to delete, move or
format.
A printer – the printer is connected to the computer and prints paper copies
of your documents
A modem – is a hardware device that allows a computer to send and receive
data over a telephone line or a cable or satellite connection. email and
internet needs a mode.
