We are writing to respectfully inform your office that our school, Sillawit Elementary School is planning
to conduct its annual Elementary Day Celebration on April 11-12, 2025. The first day of our celebration
will start at 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon and the second day will start at 8:00 o’clock in the morning

As part of our school’s tradition, we organize this event to showcase the talents and skills of our learners
and to promote academic excellence, sportsmanship and camaraderie among our learners, teachers and
parents. The celebration will highlight the coronation of Royal Families and different presentations.

We would like to request your office’s permission and support for this event. We believe that this
celebration will not only showcase our learners’ talents and skills but also foster a sense of school and
community spirit.

Moreover, we would like to inform you that the proceeds from this activity will be used for the
rehabilitation of our school’s office and other school projects the benefits our learners.

We would be grateful if you could send a representative from your office to grace our celebration.
