Performance Task

Objective: Create an infographic showcasing relevant information on any topics in STS.

Instructions:
1. Choose a Tool: Select an editing app or website to create your infographic. Popular options include
Canva, Adobe Spark, Piktochart, or Visme. These tools offer templates and design elements that can
make the creation process easier.
2. Plan Your Infographic:
o Define your topic related to Science, Technology, and Society.
o Identify the key points and data you want to include.
o Sketch a rough layout of how you want your infographic to look.
3. Create the Infographic:
o Open your chosen tool and start a new project.
o Choose a template that aligns with your content or start from scratch.
o Input your information, ensuring it follows a logical structure.
o Use visuals like charts, icons, and images to enhance your data.
4. Design Considerations:
o Select a color scheme and typography that are visually appealing and consistent.
o Ensure the infographic is not cluttered; use whitespace effectively.
o Keep text concise and to the point.
5. Review and Revise:
o Double-check for any errors or inconsistencies in the content.
o Seek feedback from peers or instructors to improve clarity and impact.
o Make necessary revisions to enhance the overall quality.
6. Export Your Infographic:
o Once satisfied, export your infographic in a suitable format (e.g., PDF, PNG, JPG).
o Ensure the file size is manageable for uploading.
7. Submission:
o Navigate to the designated Gdrive folder for submissions
o Upload your infographic file with file name SURNAME_PROGRAM (ex. BABA0_BSED ENGLISH)
on or before April 21, 2025.
