Directions (1-5): Directions: Read the following conditions and answer the
questions below.

Each question has a series of numbers/ symbols followed by five letter code
combinations numbered (1), (2), (3), (4), and (5). Based on the following coding
scheme and circumstances, you must determine which of the combinations
appropriately reflects the group of numbers / symbols and note the number of
that combination, as a combination for your response: It's worth noting that more
than one condition may apply.

4) If the first letter is a consonant and the last letter is a vowel then both are to be coded
as vowels.
5) If the middle letter is a vowel then all the letters are to be coded to the next letter in
the alphabet series except the first and last letter.
6) If the middle letter is a consonant then all the letters are to be coded as its previous
letter in alphabet series except first and last letter.
If the words satisfy more than one condition then all the conditions has to be applied
one by one.
If the words does-not satisfy any condition then the words are to be coded as per the
given table.
