This module is divided into three categories: Pre-immersion, Work Immersion

Proper, and Post Immersion wherein not only would you be further trained to acquire
work skills competencies, but as well as work ethics, and values in relevance to the
pursue of higher education or joining the world of work.

In achieving the nation’s work development targets, there should be an


alignment with the basic education. It was for this very reason that Work Immersion
subject has been incorporated in the curriculum. This subject will provide you with the
following opportunities:

1) to become familiar with the workplace;


2) for employment simulation; and
3) to apply their competencies in areas of specialization/ applies subjects in
authentic work environments.

Your success to achieve the above work immersion objectives is shown in your
ability to perform from what you have learned during your training in school. There are
series of guide questions and instructions provided in each page specifically for you to
reflect and develop further learning while enhancing your critical thinking skills. Thus,
aside from it being a necessary requirement for graduation, completing this activity
would help you from your transition from high school to real life.
