congestion/delays.
(iv) Ensures regulate security towards theft of goods/safety of personnel.
(v) Ensure that there are adequate /Proper storage facilities to cater for special
/ different types
of goods.
(vi) Ensure proper file record keeping to monitor movement.
(vii) Ensure safety measures/ take care of pests / fire/ water to avoid
damage/losses.
(viii) Ensure proper use of space/arrangement of goods to allow easy
movement of goods.
(ix) Ensure that public health requirements are met for smooth operations.
(x) Use requirement for smooth running.
(xi) Adequate communication facilities for effective communication.
(xii) Adequate transport/better road to move goods.
