Circular

Parents/Guardians: The Management thanks all the parents / guardians individually for extending
continued patronage and co-operation for the smooth and efficient functioning of the school. Further we
wish to bring out the following points to your kind notice.

Examinations: The Annual Examination for Grade VII will start from 11th March 2025.

Results: The results for Grade VII will be announced on 7th April 2025 between
9.00 a.m and 11 .00 a.m.

School Re-opens: School will re-open on 2nd June 2025. Attendance is compulsory on the re-opening
day. Please send the students dressed in the school uniform.

Fees & Office: Parents and Guardians are requested to pay the school fees for the next academic year
before the collection of books.
School office will remain closed from 14th April 2025 to 19th April 2025.
School office will remain open from 21st April 2025 on all working days between
9.00 a.m to 12.30 p.m.

Books & Uniform: Books and Uniforms should be collected on 22nd and 23rd May 2025 between
9.30 a.m and 12.30 p.m.

Shoes : Shoes will be issued once the school reopens.

Books submission: Parents are requested to submit the neatly bound books on 31st May 2025 between
9.00 a.m to 11.00 a.m.

Parents are requested to engage their wards at least 2 hours in a day during the holidays to solve and
practice Maths, to improve language skills and handwriting.

All parents are requested to strictly adhere to the particular time and date given to pay the fees and
collect the books, which will enable us to carry on the scheduled service smoothly and efficiently.

To ensure the safety of the students the school gate will open only at 8.20 a.m. Parents are requested
to drop their wards only at that time. Kindly co-operate.
